This is stonewalling to avoid prosecution for a "high crime" worthy of impeachment by George and Dick both.

Spain have been the best team and based on performances they deserve to win but on another note, the sheer determination, heart and will to win of Turkey has been simply astonishing. I would let to see them win for the effort they have put in. But, Germany and Russia would also be worthy winners ini my opinion.
