Is this just a new gimmick? Will it last? Several complaints say it takes up too much space on the page. Cross referencing and comparing is good ... is there a better way?

Text Messaging Until the Wheels Come Off
iCoastal Net Designs
by iCoastal Net Designs  5-22-2009
Well, though these stats probably warm the hearts of some twisted marketing heads, it's got to make you wonder how safe the driver is on the other side of that yellow line. Text messaging can be effective, but dead drivers don't buy anything. And can you imagine the backlash if the media actually published the last thing the driver looked at on their cell phone...and it was your company's ad? Talk about a twitterstorm.

Israeli Prime Ministers OKs the construction of hundreds of new homes in the occupied West Bank
zasel
by zasel  3-9-2008    4
I just don't get it. As a Jew, and a human being, I try so hard to continue my support for Israel, but when the prime minister talks about peace negotiations announces that he is approving the construction of 750 news homes in the occupied West Bank, which is in violation of the so-called "Road Map," I can't help but wonder what this government's real intentions are.

What Goes Around Comes Around
debbyski
by debbyski  2-25-2008    1
Does it really? Have you ever opened up your heart and given love and been manipulated or used? Have you ever wondered if there was a meaning for that? Does it seem that often bad things happen to good people and evil seems to prevail? I often wonder if I am being a naive and foolish individual to give my love so freely at times. I never could stand to be cold hearted. Maybe I was wrong and everyone else was right and I just refused to see it.

Pastor Sentenced In Fatal DUI
onlinedesign
by onlinedesign  8-15-2007    1
Praise the Lord and pass the Vodka? Last year, Sanchez pleaded guilty to driving without a license, too. Hum-mm...so that's all you get for getting behind the wheel drunk and wiping out half a Family? I wonder if he tried pulling a Paris Hilton with the Judge? "Your Honor, that just won't work for me, cause like, I have this real important sermon on Sunday, then a pot-luck-dinner event next Wednesday, so after that, when I get ready...I'll just turn myself in later, K"? Naw, he's not famous enough for that one...no Paparazzi stuck up his bum. What part of "I got drunk and killed your whole Family" only warrants four years in prison??? I wonder how the widow and grieving Mother feels about this sentence. I think it's pathetic.

Cars used in the movie Road Warrior MAD MAX
blarneychef
by blarneychef  7-19-2007    2
Ever wonder what the cars were in Mad Max? Did you guess maybe an early '70's Ford Torino, a strange Mustang, or even an AMC Javelin? Well...not quite. As Mad Max was filmed in Australia, all (or most) cars used in the movie were Australian, and most of those have been modified. Max's black Pursuit Special (or Interceptor if you will) was modified the most. It started out life as a 1973 Ford Falcon XB GT, a car that is exclusively Australian. Starting out stock, it came with a 351 Cleveland, a 4-speed manual transmission, and a 9" rear end. The drive-train was kept, along with most of the original interior (except for steering wheel, dash light, blower switch, and overhead console), and thus mostly body modifications were made.
