During ABC News' exclusive interview on "This Week," Brown told guest host Barbara Walters that while he opposes federal funding for abortion, a woman should have the right to choose whether to have one. "I feel this issue is best handled between a woman and her doctor and her family," Brown said. He called for more effort on reducing the number of abortions and said he is against partial-birth abortions.
