POPSHarnessing the Weather “In weather modification, the uninitiated think you must make huge impacts on the atmosphere to get a desired result,” Griffith says. “But it’s actually the opposite. If we just make tiny modifications to existing conditions, little touches here and there, the changes then cascade upward using the existing weather’s natural actions, and that’s what gets the biggest results.”

POPSWeather Warfare: The Ultimate Stealth WMD is Real Bottom quote is from U.S. Air Force. It's real. Good article, documented for the skeptics. The significant expansion in America's weather warfare arsenal, which is a priority of the Department of Defense is not a matter for debate or discussion. While, environmentalists blame the Bush administration for not having signed the Kyoto protocol, the issue of "weather warfare", namely the manipulation of weather patterns for military use is never mentioned.

POPS Can China Control The Weather?
Chinese research into weather control began in 1958, when the practice was still in its early stages. With a population of more than 1.3 billion, China requires vast amounts of water. Cities like Beijing suffer from terrible smog, and rain can help clear away air pollution. The government is using cloud seeding to try to produce rain for farmers, stave off drought and fill water basins. So how does it work? Even in areas with very low humidity, water is present in the sky and in clouds. A rainstorm happens after moisture collects around particles in the air, causing it to reach a level of saturation at which point it can no longer hold in that moisture. Cloud seeding essentially helps that process along, providing "nuclei" around which water condenses. These nuclei can be salts, calcium chloride, dry ice or silver iodide, which the Chinese use. Silver iodide is used because its form is similar to ice crystals. Calcium chloride is often used in warm or tropical areas.

POPSStorms, Earthquakes and Secret Warfare
The "Pentagon's New Map" targets certain regions of the world for "regime change", including South America and largely Islamic-influenced areas abroad. It is interesting that the Indonesian Tsunami, major quakes in Iran and the middle east, the typhoons in Bangladesh, fall within the Pentagon's New Map. As a previous clip showed a typhoon in Bangladesh in 1970 killed 500,000 people. The Sumatra Tsunami killed over 200,000 while the Navy DID KNOW that a tidal wave was in route yet did not warn the Islanders. (Navy has major base in Diego Garcia; advanced technolgoy and communications make the idea of "no warning" incredible). Note Brzezinski's quote above about using Tesla technology to work earthquakes and weather modification is not new, and that it is being used to some extent by secret military applications (U.S. and Russia) has been admitted. The article should be noted also in that if it is possible to "steer" hurricanes (or foment them) puts Katrina in another light.

POPSClimate Change Yes, big countries can change their climate and that of other areas on the earth. Imagine using this to convince people that the earths weather is unpredictable? Don't believe the lies!!

POPSGlobal Warming Hoax? My High School teacher was right. Wherever you stand on the issue -- make sure you do your homework. Therein lies some form of legitimacy.

POPS Engineer's work may reduce jet travel's role in global warming Backed by government and industry grants, Dryer is leading two new research efforts to advance these technologies. The first, a major project funded by the U.S. Air Force, is focused on developing computational and kinetic models that accurately simulate the burning of jet fuel, a complex and poorly characterized mix of chemicals.

POPSContrails or Chemtrails? Looks just like my sky on the west coast. Contrails (Chemtrails?) are the only cloud I see here now - so we really need them. No cloud - no life. And how is your sky?

POPSA Forced Blue Sky For Olympics says China Other countries have this too. Wouldn't it be great if it could be used to battle climate change? Or if you had an evil empire..wouldn't be great to create the a climate change problem to dominate your subjects...er i mean people!

POPSUnited Nations Weather Control Treaty: The Climate Change Smoking Gun
I've told a number of people that the technology to change our weather has existed for a long long time. Their reaction is often one of disbelief. But then I show them the page I created this clip from and their opinion rapidly changes. This is simply proof that environmental modification techniques exist that can change our climate. Now, suppose you wanted to impose a global change in behavior, you could do this by changing the one thing all peoples of this earth have in common: weather. You'd stage massive PR stunts in the form of articles being published in all major newspapers throughout the world. Stage popular culture concerts, produce films, get celebrities on board to hammer home the message, place adverts on tv, get multinational corporations to have a greener slant on their products, lobby governments via NGO's such as greenpeace, ensure green political parties are elected into office...the list is endless This has all been planned along time ago.

POPSEarth could 'flip' into environmental disaster The study looked back over more than 400,000 years of climate records from deep ice cores and found evidence to suggest that rapid climate change over a period of centuries, or even decades, have in the past occurred once the world began to heat up and ice sheets started melting. "The unnatural "forcing" of the climate as a result of man-made emissions of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases threatens to generate a "flip" in the climate that could "spark a cataclysm" in the ice sheets of Antarctica and Greenland. Dramatic climatic flips have occurred in the past but none has happened since the development of complex human societies, which are unlikely to survive the same sort of environmental changes if they occurred now." It has already flipped, contrails, shiptrails, and other trails have , so far, saved the earth. jc
