The "Pentagon's New Map" targets certain regions of the world for "regime change", including South America and largely Islamic-influenced areas abroad. It is interesting that the Indonesian Tsunami, major quakes in Iran and the middle east, the typhoons in Bangladesh, fall within the Pentagon's New Map. As a previous clip showed a typhoon in Bangladesh in 1970 killed 500,000 people. The Sumatra Tsunami killed over 200,000 while the Navy DID KNOW that a tidal wave was in route yet did not warn the Islanders. (Navy has major base in Diego Garcia; advanced technolgoy and communications make the idea of "no warning" incredible). Note Brzezinski's quote above about using Tesla technology to work earthquakes and weather modification is not new, and that it is being used to some extent by secret military applications (U.S. and Russia) has been admitted.
