Dyslexia,a self compensating mental disorder
vickybaranwal
by vickybaranwal  1-13-2008    1
The topic took my attention because of the famous Dyslexic people....we are not very much aware of the strengths of dyslexia. There are many examples of Dyslexic people who were lacking in learning abilities but used their imagination to be a symbol of superiority.... These famous dyslexics proof that nurturing the dyslexic capabilities contributes to their own potential and happiness. In fact, they even contribute to a better world by using their abilities: Albert Einstein used his imagination to come up with relativity theory; Thomas Edison used his to invent; Walt Disney to entertain us; Winston Churchill to rally the British against Nazi Germany; Richard Branson and other entrepreneurs to create better products and services whilst creating employment in the process.

Detroit Should Embrace Outsider
Forbes Business
by Forbes Business  8-7-2007
Some think the auto industry has clung too long to the notion that only a career "car guy" should ascend to the CEO job at GM, Ford, or Chrysler. Perhaps a boss who brings both manufacturing expertise and a fresh set of eyes to the car business - like Ford's Alan Mulally - is ideal. As for Chrysler's new chief, Bob Nardelli, the Detroit News posits that the company's most pressing need is to make more cars that people want, not the improved operational efficiencies he's known for. - Tom Van Riper
