POPSWhy Facebook Won't Listen! This is one of the best written articles I have ever read. If I am understanding it correctly, FB really doesn't care about "we the little people" because they are making billions...and in the long run, the owner of a prosperous company does what is best for the company. Period. I'm supposing there simply are not enough petitions I can sign saying how bad FB sucks right now cause I can't "find all my stuff" anymore - so I better just quit whining about it.

POPSTop 100 Undiscovered Web Sites (2) Don't miss "Top 100 Undiscovered Web Sites (1)" http://clipmarks.com/clipmark/2FB36AA0-3BFC-4418-A0D0-3C87A1D5BA8B/ ... You'll see a large collection of Web applications and tech sites, excellent blogs, offbeat social networks, and, as always, a handful of addictive Flash games for those slow days at work. Some of these sites are completely under the radar and get very little traffic. Others are hugely popular within a specific demographic. But all of them deserve to be in your bookmarks.

POPSTechmeme Leaderboard I've never really given much thought to how flawed Techorati's ranking system is, this post sheds some light on it for me. I think that although Technorati's overall blog ranking system has its flaws, the Techmeme Leaderboard will be a great addition but still does not try to put the greater blogosphere in order. The top sites are important and they should be recognized and ranked appropriately. But what about the rest of us millions of bloggers who fall somewhere towards the top or somewhere in the middle? Technorati is still the central place that puts the blogosphere in perspective. Even if it's a somewhat flawed perspective.

POPSSomebody Call The Waambulance, Google Isn't Perfect Everyone is up in arms lately about Google's TOS and search robot lockout. People point to the hypocrisy of the situation citing that Google relies on 'openness" from other web properties for it's news service. Everyone in the blogosphere needs to get over it, and realize that Google is a typical competitive corporate establishment that doesn't always "do the right thing" and will aggressively look to protect and grow their business model. Why do you think they are crusading against paid links? ( Ad Words anyone)

POPSVentureBeat says Forbes will Buy ClipMarks Holy crap! As I was browsing this AM looking for stories to clip+posts I see this on Techmeme>VentureBeat. There's going to be a lot of press and traffic to the CM site/service in the next few weeks. Let's hope they handle it well!

POPSTwitter recieves Apple like blogger love Twitter is making headline news around the blog world lately that would make you think they had a keynote address or a product to release like the iPhone. So what is Twitter? Twitter is a online community for poeple to post via IM, phone, web browser, or custom made mac application like Twitterrific of what they are doing and allows others to follow. To see just how hot Twitter is right now check out the Technorati search of Twitter: http://technorati.com/search/twitter or just search around the web see such blogs as Lifehacker or Techmeme list post on Twitter. So what makes Twitter so cool? I would say the ability to make simple post and for others to follow individuals. Let others know how you use Twitter in the comments. What are you doing?
