POPSNew Blog Takes Hard Look at Local Government Reform Josh Gillespie of Hoosier Access, a well known Republican blogger, and Jen Wagner, foremr spokesperson for the Indiana Democratic Party and author of the Hoosier Political Report blog and former blogmistress at Taking Down Words, have teamed up to advocate for reforms contained in the bipartisan Kernan-Shepherd Report which advocates for fundamental government reform.
