Don't blame the country you chose to live in because that country will not devote massive resources to your cause. Go back home and speak out there against the atrocities that you see happening and help fight it from there. Sacrifice yourself, your sons, your daughters and your wealth, as little or as much as that might be. Put your money where your mouth is not our money and our families where your mouth is!! Our ancestors stood up to carve out a way of living that we enjoy today. They did not go to your country, accept your hospitality then disrupt your way of life & demand you fix the injustices that they themselves would not address. POPSOn Irresponsible Protests While the situation presented in the comic isn't necessarily irresponsible, occupying and blocking the Gardiner Expressway on Mother's Day was a very irresponsible way to protest. Not only was it putting people in danger, it was essentially holding the city hostage to your demands. That's going to turn more people against you than toward you. That kind of passive-aggressive might be necessary in Sri Lanka, but in Canada, it just brings you bad press. Tamils; if you want Canada to take actions, take political actions safely and responsibly. And don't do things that associate you with the terrorist group, the Tamil Tigers; like flying their flag.

POPSTamil Tigers and Their Own People Tigers have bombed civilian targets to force the government not to negotiate but to grant their demands in full. No government of 83% of the people will agree to self-rule by 12% of the population. Instead Tigers should demand for equal oppurtunities for Tamils, the minority community. But Tiger Leader prefers on-going war so that the Tamils could be kept under his thumb, even though they face unwanted atrocities by both sides of the conflict.
