POPSJesus was a Community Organizer, Pilate was a Governor Thank you to my friend Daniel, who has done community organizing from Harlem to LA to Boston. Thank you to Biko Baker of League of Young Voters, who I once interviewed and was immediately impressed by. Thank you to Saul Alinsky, largely considered the father of community organizing (pictured above). Thank you to all of you I don't know, who every day, make the choice to listen to ordinary people's stories and help them link these stories into a template for honest-to-goodness social change. And, yes, thank you to Barack Obama, for making the choice to be a community organizer so many years ago and for continuing to be proud and loud about the importance of the role of the community organizer for our nation's well-being.

POPSIs the McCain-Palin Campaign Violating Operational Security?
And while not illegal, if she really did believe that's when he's deploying to Iraq, then she didn't know enough to keep quiet about that to keep from violating OPSEC - something a potential Commander in Chief should know. But, more disturbing, and definitely in violation of security, are an explosion of stories that say specifically where in Iraq Track is deploying to, which have been dutifully eaten up by right wing websites, and reprinted. I will not reprint it here, because I would only be compounding the issue. But, unfortunately, it is very easy to find on the web at this point. It is simply impossible that any reporter could figure this out on their own. Just by knowing Track's name and the date he is heading to Kuwait, one could not figure out specifically where Track and his company would be going in Iraq. There's a reason it's impossible to figure that out - because the military doesn't want that information out there.

POPSUSA ground troops attack in Pakistan village? Sad. Tragic. Annoying. No. #1) The use of the term: "Afghan coalition forces." Other stories say: "NATO forces." In reality, if this was done it was done by USA troops but like in Iraq they say "Coalition Forces," when there is no real coalition: There are approx 158,000 USA troops, 140,000 USA paid mercenaries and 'private security contractors,' 3 troops from Latvia, 11 soldiers from Moldova, , 37 fine men from the Ukraine, 40 soldiers from Estonia, 70 fighting Albanians, etc. -- all of them pressured or bribed to participate except for Merry Old England with 5,500 approx. troops, loyal Australia with 900 -- (& 2,000 Georgians now gone). Some "coalition." No. #2) Who is this soldier? Since he appears to have a M-16 is he American? Where are his identifying patches? Why face hidden? Thus, in fact, thus, he's an 'unlawful enemy combatant." This is a sad and tragic photo for a U.S. fighting man. Looks like the KKK

POPSObama is Correct about the Palin Pregnancy Story Barack Obama is correct. Sarah Palin's daughter's pregnancy is no one's business. It should be totally off limits in assessing Gov. Palin's ability to be a Vice President. Her young daughter isn't the first teenager to get pregnant outside of wedlock and she won't be the last. In itself the event says nothing about anyone. Barack Obama has shown himself to be a man of real integrity in this matter. He didn't resort to the no comment response that some politicians use when they hope that the scandal will hurt the opponent. Instead of viewing this as a political opportunity, he told the press clearly that they were stepping over a line that should be sacrosanct. Good for him.

POPSPersonal injury in an auto accident claim Everyday in our life we come across potential dangers and risks. Nobody wants to receive unnecessary personal injury. There's no denying that accidents do happen and sometimes a huge number of innocent people are left hurt and injured because somebody else has put their life in danger. Some people are reckless; some don't care about those around them whilst some just don't seem to realize how their actions can affect lives of others It is time we made personal injury claim our right as that way we can bring the erring person responsible for his act of inflicting injury

POPSFarewell paper news and newspapers. Digital news sources - aggregators - are replacing now our old habit to open newspaper with morning cap of coffee. When you can see video clips on podcasts and youtube and read about something from numerous sources directly on your mobile phones - you will leave newspapers, magazines and even books in elusive past. Now the problem only are a quality of those sources and their tailoring to the needs of each of us. One of possible solution could be comprehensive chart in the end of article and sizable incentives for concerned readers.
