POPSPlainclothes Police at the March for Our Lives in St. Paul (Theyt even had a pemit)
"There was nothing subtle about the undercovers. The guy on the right in the black with glasses approached my black-clad comrade and asked, "hey can I get a quick pictures". The response, "hell no." Then he asked me, "well can you please do me a favor?" To which I responded some of the same and we both pointed our fingers at him to call it out. Also to note, there was at least one person dressed in all black (hood and bandanna too) who was definitely wearing an ear piece. There was a woman not in your photos who was wearing black clothing (not bloc style but more plainclothes like, maybe sunglasses too, can't quite remember) who was walking by me, not looking directly but I could tell she had me in the peripheral vision. Camera was held down by her waist as if she were 'just carrying it', but I noticed that the lens was pointed near my face as she was nonchalantly walking. I definitely saw her click the shutter at this point. Did anyone else notice the "window washers" on the

POPSCharges Dropped Against Reporters Arrested At RNC One has to wonder if this was the plan all along, and the real intention was simply to inhibit reporting of abuses against protestors. Or maybe they’re hoping that with the reporters out of court, the media won’t be so interested in covering the 800 or so other arrests. With over forty journalists arrested, there should surely be at least some investigation of police officers involved for trumping up charges too:
1
POPSJOURNALISTS ACQUITTED The arrested journalists at the RNC have been acquitted- A small victory in the struggle for a democratic free press

POPSStorm Trpoopers at the RNC More details are being slowly uncovered about the preemptive actions and the "New Police Mandate". Blackwater Mercenaries show up more and more domestically as well. Sort of like the " Minute Men" in Sinclair Lewi's Book about the rise in American fascism. Written long ago.

POPSTYRANNY IS HERE, NOT JUST LOOMING For those of us who still think there is a remedy, I would advise to make this a multi- generational struggle. The laws already on the books and in effect, will take generations to be overcome and changed. Not one election. If Obama is even elected, he would need the support on every issue every day thru public demonstrations of demands and the support in our local elections and communities.

POPSRNC takes an insurance policy against cases of police brutality Sane persons have looked at Fletcher's actions and wondered why he was being so crazy. It could be that he figured that the $10 million policy taken out by the RNC to cover the costs of police-brutality settlements – the first time such a policy has ever been taken out for an American political convention – would suffice to protect his butt. (One wonders if any insurance company will ever again be so foolish as to approve the sale of such a policy, particularly to the Republican National Committee.)

POPSThere's always a Police (RIOT) in Patriot Act. If only this technology had been available to the public, during the rise of Hitler, the inhuman memories of what took place during those dark times in human history, would perhaps, not have occurred... Everyone should do what they can to expose such abusive handling of our press... Freespeech is one of the main components of a democracy. If lost, fascism WILL take its place. http://thinkingblue.blogspot.com

POPSWar Protesters Denied Free Speech: Hundreds Arrested 1,000 people marching in the streets. Thousands on the day before. Over 500 arrested in the week. Raids on homes before the convention. Another FBI informant agent provocateur turning in his room after encouraging his actions for months. Bad...bad, bad protesters, refusing to stay in the 'protester cattle pens," trying to walk down the street to get within a mile of the RNC convention center. Or...maybe bad...bad government that now prohibits legal protest that are, actually, allowed to line up across the street from any hotel or business, wave signs, chant , try to have their voices heard while for 8 years the media pretends they don't exist and the government wants to fence them in cattle pens.
