I think the idea of Twitter as a subscription service has a lot of merit. I get fed up with repetitively blocking new followers who are spammers or porn peddlers. I'd pay $10 a year to get rid of them.

POPSIdeas for Clipmarks - Part 2 So my last clip was not a big hit but the one before had good number of comments. I know I have not been using Clipmarks much lately (the clipdaddies wants me to use Amplify and the Clipmarks' original steam has been stolen by Twitter, two big distractions, but no love has been lost no matter how many old timers have jumped off the boat). But there's a lot going on here on daily basis (minus the spammers) and I'm sure you must have your list of things you like to see CM implement or change. I feel Clipmarks needs rebranding and relaunch with more focus on social-networking aspect. Off top of my head, I can't think of anything new I wish to see here except perhaps the landing page for visitors should be their My Guides' Mix page. More through the comments .... you add yours as well.

POPSSpam on the Wall I have had it with facebook anyway now I need to tell friends & family to look out as well. Even though I know that they will never understand the tech speak, I feel it is my duty to tell it to as many as who will listen. I have good security, but some people actually believe that their Windows Defender and Firewall will do the job. WRONG !! The real killer about facebook is they are now using hi tech backdoor Trojan viruses and worms now. Brothers & sisters if you have enough money to buy and use a PC, you had better be protecting it. $50 a year is a lot cheaper than having to have it reconditioned or relaced, and with the hi-jacking you're gonna lose your privacy as well. I know that it seems like a hassle to have to re-enter your credit card info and other stuff (passwords etc),but I only store mine in my Norton toolbar, and no one can get in but me. More to follow

POPSA Safe Way to Use Your Email Address on Forums & Websites When you use an image for your email address users will have to manually re-type it to their email client as it can't be copied. However that's a small price to pay for keeping your address away from spammers. Don't try to overcome this limitation by mapping the image of your email address to a Mailto link. This was a little disturbing, knowing you can auto tweet something from your Twitter Account every 2 minutes. I don't recommend you doing it, especially if you want your friend to keep following you back. On the wicked side there is a great way to have fun with Spammers or or the Tweeter who as 15,000 followers trying to follow you. I call the game "Feed my Spammer" and this is how you play: First create a new Twitter name and began to follow the spammer. Start with a few random Tweets, then turn on the auto tweet, slowly increasing your tweets each day. I doubt you ever make it to the every 2 minute mark, before they block your or report you as a spammer. You get 25 points for a block, 50 points if they hide their updates from, 75 if they report you to @spam and 100 if you make them quit Twitter. Maybe these spammers will get the message, but if they don't and just block you. It's time to go into extrat innings with them. Create another user name and repeat the p
