POPSGod Bless Our Troops I realized the families that I saw this night, owed their lives to these soldiers who were willing to fight. Soon round the world, the children would play, and grownups would celebrate a bright Christmas day. They all enjoyed freedom each month of the year, because of the soldiers, like the one lying here. I couldn't help wonder how many lay alone, on a cold Christmas Eve in a land far from home. The very thought brought a tear to my eye, I dropped to my knees and started to cry. The soldier awakened and I heard a rough voice, "Santa don't cry, this life is my choice; I fight for freedom, I don't ask for more, my life is my God, my Country, My Corps." The soldier rolled over and drifted to sleep, I couldn't control it, I continued to weep. I kept watch for hours, so silent and still and we both shivered from the cold night's chill.

POPSAl Gore Sued By Over 30,000 Scientists For Global Warming Fraud!
Collusion, Corruption, Manipulation and Obstruction Posted by Jeff Id on November 20, 2009 Ok, the little blog is running about 9 times higher volume than my old record. This means there are a lot of new people who are interested in understanding this issue. So one of the things I do is try to explain the issues the best way possible so not everyone has to be a climate scientist to figure this stuff out. It doesn’t always work but here we go. Despite what RC says, there are several glaring problems in these emails which Gavin Schmidt is working feverishly to gloss over. Here are the items I have a problem with. * Discussion of interference with IPCC procedures to block low-warming reasonable and published papers. * Discussion of removal of climate reviewers who are open minded to low-warming papers. The fact that in GRL this apparently occurred after these discussions is a problem. * Discussion with the government about denial of FOIA to any climate audit ....

POPSGoogle Executive Google Inc Chief Executive Eric Schmidt said in a recent interview that he is very much excited about the new free operating system which is going to be launched next year. He said that his excitement is just a recent phenomenon as he spent the first 6 years as Google CEO trying to convince company co-founders that developing such a free operating system against Microsoft dominant windows would be a very fabulous idea.

POPSAngel Of The Skies "If we can bring smiles and laughter, even if it is just for a few minutes, to these people, well, then it is worth it," she said. Schmidt 'adopted' Army National Guard Sgt. Tim Gallagher last year and sends care packages on a monthly basis. Although he enjoys the snacks and toiletries, he considers the journals the most moving and thoughtful of all the gifts he has received. "They will be something I cherish for the rest of my life," he said via e-mail. "Something for the ages to look at and see how people really feel about what we are doing here." Even when Schmidt does not have time to put together a care package, she tries to send her soldiers a postcard or short letter. "The morale of soldiers can be made or broken from the amount of mail they do or do not receive." If you would like to adopt a soldier, contact Robin Schmidt at find_robin@hotmail.com.

POPSBoston Legal Crew and Cast [Alan Shore and Denny Crane] Boston Legal (2004) is one of my favorite TV Shows about Law, Legal Stuff... It's kind of spicy court shows. The main character without a doubt is Alan Shore (James Spader) along with his fellow Denny Crane (William Shatner). We can see also the sensational actress Candice Bergen as Shirley Schmidt....

POPSGoogle Strategy: Send in the Andriods No, it is not a space invasion. At least, not the science fiction kind. It is Google's newest strategy to invade our phones with new OS and search capabilities. The up side for you and me is that we get better phone hardware. The up side for Google is that they make more money!

POPSEarly Risers Crash Faster Than People Who Stay Up Late More important, these regions included the suprachiasmatic area, which is home to the body’s circadian clock. This area sends signals to boost alertness as the pressure to sleep mounts. Unlike night owls, early risers didn’t get this late-day lift. Peigneux says faster activation of sleep pressure appears to prevent early birds from fully benefiting from the circadian signal, as evening types do. Wait wait, did he just say the night owls showed no difference in attention-related brain activity and instead, after 10 hours they had grown more alert? This is great! I always worried about that, now seems like I don't have to, anymore. :D
