POPSA little too easy? I don't care. Will there ever be a time when Sarah Palin doesn't insensitively criticize people for being insensitively critical? I hope not. Her campaign slogan should be: Palin 2012: It'll Be Hilarious!

POPSMYG | Don't compare her to Sarah or Arnold
By Sara Libby | SLATE.COM | "Whitman is instead billing herself as something few women could plausibly pull off: the future "CEO of California." In this way, she is the anti-Sarah Palin. She's no 40-something pinup, but she finished high school in three years and entered the Harvard Business School at 21. In the corporate world, she is known for her competence and cunning. Instead of talking about her political experience, she talks about her business expertise"years of working on branding at Procter & Gamble, Bain, Hasbro, and Disney, all of which led her to create the "Country First" slogan for John McCain's presidential campaign, of which she was national co-chair. Her campaign revolves around the GOP standbys of tax cuts, deregulation, and gutting welfare as the keys to recovery." ___ SOURCE | http://googlelabs.twi.bz/3 ___ SEARCH | http://google.twi.bz/sA __ MYG | MY GOV WATCH | My iWEB Blogs | http://me.twi.bz/p ___ ALTACITIES | http://altacities.com | http://me.twi.bz/X

POPSPalin defends Limbaugh's Use of 'Retard" This is unabashed hypocrisy by Sarah Palin, pure and simple. I took Bobby Rutan to task for referring to the lower IQ'd as "retarded" on another clip. Indeed, Sarah Palin took Rahm Emanuel to task for his use of the word "retarded," using her position as grandmother of a Downs Syndrome child as justification. Agreeing with someone like Limbaugh because he shares a common political philosophy, does not justify the use of the word by any stretch of the imagination. I am sure that that this incident is very disappointing to all those who support ed, and support, Sarah Palin. All of those named, need to get their acts together because some sincere apologies are in order.

POPSSarah Palin Aims to Bust Up the Republican Party -- And the Tea Party Movement - And the US, too? Learn from your enemies. As a former 'woodlot' manager near Burlington, I have always been very partial to the Vermont independence movement, a kind of opposing mirror vision of Palinitis. See The Vermont Commons http://www.vtcommons.org/ for a sane view of the right of States to constitutional succession. Now the sheer expense and debt of the American Empire (internal and external) makes the economics of succession much more attractive.

POPSSarah Palin calls for 'revolution' in speech to tea party - US needs Fourth Party of the Open Minded Now the real need is a self-organising movement for people who are not slaves to vested interests or ideologies who want to adapt intelligently to changing conditions. Surely, Ralph Nader and Ron Paul would join together to provide the movement with the necessary electoral machinery. I really feel sorry for Obama, but open minded people need to move on. Social media and social networking would be unprecedented and power tools for self-organising movements. It's all about collaboration. The need is urgent with the likes of Sara Palin in the wings. Where should people start?

POPSMedia Descends on Nashville for First National Tea Party Convention
the Republican Party for over a year. “After the 2008 elections, we’ve proclaimed them dead,” Andrea Murta of the Folha de S.Paulo newspaper said. “But the tea party has very strong appeal, a populist appeal, that my newspaper is interested in,” she said. Murta said her paper is especially interested in knowing, “who are the people that are behind this.” Other international media, Skoda said, are coming from Germany, Croatia and Japan. Organizers say the delegates “will be able to speak with reporters, be interviewed and be given a voice in a way that has not happened during the genesis of the Tea Party movement.” Organizers have also now arranged for 50 workstations and Wi-Fi for credentialed media and risers for cameramen. The convention, headlined by Palin on Saturday, has been criticized for its high ticket prices, which some say are keeping grassroots activists from attending. The convention " billed as a way to bring together loosely aligned group concerned ....
