My first reaction upon seeing a "sagger" on the street is to laugh. But the underlying genesis of this odd clothing preference being rooted in the prison culture is disturbing. Surely, we, as a culture, can provide better role models than gangsters and convicts to our youth.
Granted it's not always pretty to see someone's thong or boxers sticking out, but this is wrong. Women can't wear sports bras or have a bra strap showing!? Who declares lawmakers fashion experts!?
