POPSNew Challenge to Roe vs Wade and Birth control Just can't win. If your in a position where you do not have the ability to care for a child and have to make an extremely hard choice. But no matter what choice you make , you get slammed. If she decides to abort she is a monster. If she decides to keep the child even though she would have to go on welfare to do it , she's a drain on society. And those who would be the most damning towards these women for either case are those who have never or will never have to make this kind of choice or live with the attitudes of the self righteous later.

POPSStudies show the death penalty has a deterrent effect on crime These studies are under attack because of the conclusions that are easily drawn by the statistics. A normal person would conclude that if one execution of a murderer prevents 18 murders, it is worth it. But I guess we don't support the rights of innocents to live, that was proven with Roe Vs. Wade. And interestingly, the murder rate started to rise after Roe Vs. Wade. Ya think there might be a connection?

POPS'Partial-Birth' Abortion Ruling a Mistake: Physicians I would like to point out that not all late term abortions have been baned just the Dilation & Extraction (PBA) Procedure (aka partial birth, which by the way is a term first coined by the right to life group.) Doctors may still use what is basically a C section to abort the fetus. This was a purposeful move. The reasoning is the thought of having a major and higher risk medical procedure will frighten some away.
