Mikel Vick was made out to be a heartless monster for his roll in an illegal dog fighting ring. What do you do with these two? SO what are they crazy of just stupid?
The bill was introduced in November after a state commission concluded capital punishment was an ineffective deterrent to crime. New Jersey has not executed a prisoner since 1963. I bet jail wouldn't be a deterrent to crime in a state that hadn't jailed someone in 45 years either.
