Israel is Assassinating Iranian Nuclear Scientists
blueridge
by blueridge  2-18-2009    1
This from an Israeli paper, per Western Intel sources. This is a covert "preventive war" (the doctrine Bush began with the neoconservatives), and not just against Iran. Bottom line is that Israel is trying to provoke open war with Iran, baiting a retaliation from these covert attacks which then would be blamed on Iran as the "aggressor" (as they did with Gaza, Lebanon, etc.). This is their standard M.O.. This also shows that the US is involved in a "proxy war" for Israel (a term the US employs only toward Iran), not a "war on terror": The U.S. journalist James Risen has written recently that the CIA and the Mossad have planned together a number of sabotage operations against the Iranian program , including damaging power lines to nuclear sites in order to cause harm to computer systems and equipment. The Cold Preventive War hinges on nuclear technology. How would anyone respond to this? Maybe proxy wars of their own? "What goes around.

Georgia's war planning questioned
tommy2balmy
by tommy2balmy  9-16-2008
Similarly, soldiers who fought in South Ossetia suggest that decisions about Georgian army movements were made on the fly. At worst, a proxy confrontation with Russian forces -- akin to the first South Ossetian conflict in 1991-1992 -- was considered, said Georgian National Security Council Secretary Alexander Lomaia. After the debacle of Russia’s two wars in Chechnya, no one thought that Moscow would further risk its international reputation by invading a sovereign country, said Deputy Defense Minister Batu Kutelia. "We expected that the Russians would fight with the hands of the separatists," Lomaia told EurasiaNet.

Russia vs. Georgia or US Proxy War with Russia?
blueridge
by blueridge  8-12-2008    5
THE COLD WAR IS BACK ON. Putin is ticked at Bush. Russia conducted it appears, a pre-emptive strike. Let's compare US and Russia media sources to see each side of the story. Russia's government says this looks like Iraq (Bush's war) and Kosovo (Clinton's war, condemned by republicans) all over again! Americans should play the skeptic and consider domestic media as propaganda (as usual). Pravda: "The further the situation unfolds, the more the world will understand that Georgia would never be able to do all this without America. South Ossetian defense officials used to make statements about imminent aggression from Georgia , but the latter denied everything, whereas the US Department of State released no comments on the matter. In essence, they have prepared the force, which destroys everything in South Ossetia, attacks civilians and hospitals. They are responsible for this. The world community will learn about it,” /quote]

Iran Mosque Bombers Admit US and Israel Ties
blueridge
by blueridge  5-27-2008
US and Israeli "state sponsored terrorism". This kind of thing is what generates 'blow-back", which actually is what the US and Israel want to start war. So far Iran has kept a cool head, especially when Israel was bombing Lebanon over a year ago.

Iran Not Alone in Proxy Wars, U.S. Doing Same
blueridge
by blueridge  5-11-2008    3
Republican Pat Buchanan uncovers the truth of why Iran MAY be (so he believes, naively methinks) arming militants in Iraq--if you believe the propaganda from Crocker and Patreus. The fact is that the U.S. is arming militants (i.e. terrorists) against Iran , and Buchanan thinks they are just responding in kind. So just who is fighting "proxy wars", especially when the U.S. is fighting all of this for ISRAEL? If there were more republicans like Buchanan and Ron Paul we would not be in wars presently, nor the dollar worthless, gas prices high, and the economy sinking (due to debt spending on war).

War in Iraq Conceived in Israel, Election 2008 will mean Nothing...
blueridge
by blueridge  3-24-2008
Bush is not the primary problem when it comes to the Iraq and middle east wars. The problem is the neoconservatives and Israeli Lobby that will CONTINUE to influence or control U.S. government unless they are excluded from power. Election 2008 will change NOTHING about war without changing the real parties of power behind the Executive Branch and within the Pentagon and at the threshold of Congress. Of course this is why Cheney in particular is pushing to spark wars with Iran, Syria, and Lebanon before leaving office, so that a transition opposing war will not be an option, and the agenda hastened.

From the Mouth of Mossad: Pax Americana will continue beyond Iraq
blueridge
by blueridge  3-24-2008
The former head of Mossad verifies the Iraq war is for Israel's benefit (for which Americans must die in proxy wars) and the agenda for a PAX AMERICANA (per the neoconservative agenda) will require U.S. military presence and more wars well beyond Iraq. (Article is somewhat dated, but oh so relevant in exposing the long term plan). And if a democrat takes the White (washed) House, watch for another "catalyzing event, like a new Pearl Harbor" to continue and expand the war theatre in the Middle East and beyond. Both parties are beholden to the Israeli lobby (including Pelosi and Obama and Hillary) and will be provided with cover for promising to end war when in fact they will expand it (just as Wilson and FDR did in WWI and WWII).

The Truth about Kosovo--Independence or New Tyranny Established?
blueridge
by blueridge  2-24-2008    1
Reagan and Clinton both had a hand in this, while republicans distrusted and criticized Clintons actions, now under GWB they have applauded the outcome. This shows the responsibility of both parties and reveals the atrocities commited in just another "operation freedom" program fully supported by the U.S.. The lies about Kosovo and justifications for war as as deceitful as those about Iraq. But the MSM will not tell you the real story, but parrot the propaganda as usual. A new world order is being established by force under the pretense of "freedom" and "democracy" which trumps true representative government by and for the people. All the wars are unjust wars, and the media is deliberately complicit in the propaganda of deception.

We are the nation whose President Nixon reached out to and met with China’s Mao Tse Tsung at the same time Mao was funding and arming the North Vietnamese to kill our soldiers in Vietnam. We’re the nation whose President Reagan confronted Soviet President Gorbachev, who at the time had thousands of nuclear warheads armed and pointed at us and was actively funding and arming proxy wars we were fighting in more than a half-dozen nations. We’re the nation whose President Roosevelt said, “We have nothing to fear but fear itself.”
