POPSNew Microsoft Zune HD - The Ticket for Custom? It would be great if the Microsoft Zune HD would be supported by the custom installation industry / CEDIA crowd to anywhere near the extent the iPOD has been. Time will tell, but the first thing necessary for that to happen is consumer adoption of the great new player. Check out the awesome features and U.I.

POPSWill The Mac OS Run Windows Apps? To translate this from the geek speak: Apple may be adding code into their newest operating system which would allow user to run Windows software, natively, from within the Mac OS. Right now, you have to run a special program, and run windows inside of that -- or else boot your computer into Windows entirely. POPSA great links page from a freeware programmer Just a few clips from Apps Apps Links page from the Useful Links list. App is a programmer on whose website you will find a number of little free, useful apps. (Links on the left side of the above page.) On the Links page, you will find tons of links to spirit you away to all kinds of interesting places. Some of the link topics are: Favorite Software, Programming Links, Funny Programming Links, Other Funny Links, Useful Links, Fun & Games, and Just Plain Cool. Re-posted now that I have learned to clip better.

POPSPortable free USB programs There is an excellent collection of programs for USB Flash drives available from Portable Apps . Another free collection at WinPenPack is even bigger. It's not only the size that impressed me but the inclusion of many programs not normally regarded as portable. http://portableapps.com/ http://www.winpenpack.com/main/news.php
