Cyberstalkers may research individuals to feed their obsessions and curiosity. Conversely, the acts of cyberstalkers may become more intense, such as repeatedly instant messaging their targets. POPSChildbirth is now pornographic? I can understand some people feeling squimish about witnessing childbirth. IMO, being the father of 3 sons, I do not hold that position myself. In fact, this whole story screams politics. Now I don't know the legal requirements of pornography in Zambia. In the US a key element is the elicitation of sexual arousal. If that is an element of porno in Zambia than to assume that someone would be aroused by pictures of a fatal childbirth seem absurd. Additionally, the story indicates something of the cultural mindset in Zambia. Whether it is misogynistic or simply puritanical is hard for an outsider to evaluate.

The Venus of Hohle Fels was found in six fragments in September 2008. It is still missing its left arm and shoulder, but researchers are hopeful these will emerge in future excavations of the cave's sediments. The figurine does not have a head. Rather, it has a carefully carved ring located off-centre above its broad shoulders. The polished nature of the ring suggests the Venus was probably suspended as a pendant. The hands have precisely carved fingers, with five digits clearly visible on the left hand and four on the right hand. The pronounced breasts, buttocks and genitals familiar in later Venuses are usually interpreted to be expressions of fertility. The Venus shows no signs of having been covered with pigments. It is, though, marked by a series of cut lines. The artefact is presumed to have been made by modern humans (Homo sapiens) even though Neanderthals (Homo neanderthalensis) were still present in Europe at this time.
