In the book Morville quotes University of Michigan professor Malcolm McCullough: "...as a consequence of pervasive computing, interaction design is poised to become one of the main liberal arts of the twenty-first century." I completely agree. As everything becomes digitized, we will need consistently more intuitive interfaces that allow us to import and export all of the data.
