This recipe is for a family of four. 1 pound 93% lean ground beef handful of onions clove of garlic 1 cup of fresh sliced mushrooms 2 cups organic beef broth 1 teaspoon organic tomato paste 8 ounces sour cream (low fat or non-fat) Salt and pepper to taste 12 ounces egg noodles Brown your onions and garlic in olive oil under the onions are soft, about five to ten minutes. Add the ground beef and beef broth and cook until beef is no longer pink, add tomato paste and the sour cream, cook a little longer until mixture starts to thicken, add salt and pepper to taste.
