  It's called DHA (or is EPA?) and it's part of a group of nutrients called Omega-3 and Omega-6. WHICH DON'T COME IN MULTIVITAMINS. You can get them by eating beef - IF IT'S GRASS FED. Or by eating Chicken IF IT'S GRASS and INSECT FED. But, guess what? The beef and chicken you are eating is grain fed. I'd be willing to bet that a lot of the fish we eat, which is now farmed is also similarly deficient in Omega-3s. In any case, the DHA provides the necessary components for strengthen the mylin(sp?) sheath around your neurons (like an insulator or semiconductor). the EPA assists in neurochemical transfer. If you are feeling tired or brain-freaky, go get some fish oil supplements and try them. You can get them at the grocery store next to the vitamins.
