Will Tone of MSNBC Change w/Comcast Merger?
davboz
by davboz   11-12-2009    1
I have a pretty basic Comcast package and ever since I heard people complaining that they removed the MEssNBC, I found it up on stn.#128, away from the more "regular" channels, so I'd advise one to scan their sets, you may still have it. (I can't believe I'm helping anyone find the thing;-) Anyway, I think it would be too obvious for Comcast to make it any more scarce. Maybe it's just as well to keep those nutjobs (Olbermann, Matthews, Maddow, etc.) all in one place where they think they've really got something goin' on. Otherwise who knows what kind of hell they'd raise with their whining.

Obama threatens to talk to children!
citizenbfk
by citizenbfk  9-4-2009
!? Well...Anything the president does now gets the full fury of the right wing nutjobs, Republican warmongers, Zionist extremist (who are also starting to really freak on the settlement freeze proposal) and out-and-out racist. The racist just can't handle it: they're freaking. It's like how some reacted when they saw their first inter-racial couples dating after that was no longer illegal: just too much integration for them. And a black/Afro-American president...well, it's just too much. Now Obama wants to spread his socislist ideas and radical agenda by speaking to school children. What next!?

The Path of Status Quo...
darkeforce
by darkeforce  8-11-2009
... leads to disaster. The Right-Wing Nutjobs like to wail and whine about how the cost of reform will mean that your grandchildren will still be paying for it. What they aren't telling you is that without reform, your CHILDREN won't be able to afford healthcare at all for their families. So you tell me what's better; giving your kids and grandkids a little additional debt, but they can afford to keep themselves healthy and alive, or your kids and grandkids getting sick or injured and dying because Health Insurance costs are too ludicrously high for anyone but the rich to be able to afford them? To any reasonable, rational person, the former option is obviously the only way to go, and to disagree is utter lunacy (which your children won't be able to afford to get you treatment for)!

Birther nutjob fantasy has a sold hold on the Republican Party
Spiritualmonkey

Dear Republican Birther Nutjobs: SHUT YOU THE FUCK UP ALREADY ! Get a fucking grip, people. You have slid off the deep end and found yourself wallowing in a pool of racism and willful blindness to the evidence. Stay conservative, stick to your political principles. But come back to reality on the birth certificate. Just because you don't particularly like the idea of a ARTICULATE MIXED-RACE MAN AS PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES doesn't mean you get to engage in this sort of lunacy and be taken seriously. The descent of the Republicans into a rural, southern party continues.

How dare she!
darkeforce
by darkeforce  7-10-2009    3
How dare Pelosi push legislation that would allow people to actually make a living wage, instead of starving while working two or more jobs! The balls on her! That boss needs to fire his market analyst, though. It isn't government meddling that caused his problem, it was Wall Street Scoundrels and Speculators that caused this disaster. Leave it to the Right-Wing Nutjobs to complain about having regulators in there to make sure all the players in the market don't cheat, causing everyone's investments to tank. They like to put government in the hotseat, but the truth of this issue is that it's Unfettered Capitalism that caused this crisis, not the government. It's people like the Republicans that caused all the job losses. Don't let them pass the buck.

As insane as it seems, the right-wing nutjobs actually saw the situation this way in their twisted little minds; the exact opposite of what really happened. It was the protester that was proselytizing about Socialism, ignoring the question the reporter asked and screaming overtop of her when she tried to move onto someone who was actually going to talk about taxes. It's sad, really. These people need professional help, not seats in government.

Do You Suffer from 'Ideological Blockage?'
Efrain Alvarado
by Efrain Alvarado  2-11-2009    5
 - Do you have trouble believing that Obama is more "pro-life?" than George W. Bush? If the answer to any of these questions is yes, you might be suffering from ideological blockage. According to White House experts, "Ideological blockage" is believed to cut off blood to your heart and sends it to your brain instead. The only known remedy available at this point is Ideoplasty where the surgeon cuts into your rear end and goes into your wallet, relieving any extraneous pressure there. That is followed with consistent doses of Obama's Red Kool-Aid until you reach the desired effect.

The division is intentional. The left profits from it. It is their M.O. The only unity they want is a forced organic unity bred from the ideology they espouse. The resurgence of this fascist tendency is the 800 pound gorilla in the room. The less credibility we allow these complete idiots, the better.
