POPSWho Really Killed Neda of Iran? Ballistics Suspicious Another possibility, besides the CIA, is Israel's Mossad and it's "shadow wars" . He suggested that the CIA or another intelligence service may have been responsible. Interesting how CNN only mentions the CIA in their title, and its denial in the article, instead of "another intelligence service". The details of her murder, and the ballistics of the bullet used by "a sniper", and away from the crowd of protestors are inconsistent with that of Iranian "militia" in both use of weaponry and motive. Killing a harmless unarmed girl, away from the crowd, would serve no one's purpose except the purpose for which her death is now being employed , quickly, by western media. It is no secret that covert operations are being employed against Iran by both the US and Israel for "destabilization".

POPSOPERATION TWEET: Iran Election Unrest Fomented via Twitter Here is some powerful evidence. In addition to "Israeli interests" it also could be Mossad or even CIA operatives for that matter thru their "propaganda" wings. (The US has fomented revolutions in Iran before, as even Obama acknowledged publicly). The article continues: Why were these tweets in English? Why were all of these profiles OBSESSED with Iran? It became obvious that this was the work of a team of people with an interest in destabilizing Iran. The profiles are phonies and were created with the sole intention of destabilizing Iran and effecting public opinion as to the legitimacy of Iran’s election. Frankly the "private videos" now being shown by the US media (which piled on Ahmandinejad along with the neocon propaganda) look entirely spurious, and could be faked as well...blurry lines of people. It has all the credibility of a "bin Laden" video.

The obvious flaw in the argument is that less actual terror, with ambiguous world support, is still better than more actual terror with worldwide sympathy. Sympathy evaporates eventually; lives lost can never be returned. Predictably, what happened with Gaza was that Israel ended up losing on both counts. On the one hand, Hamas took over and built a massive terror infrastructure that enabled it to start taking the fight into Israel’s urban centers in the South. Olenka Frenkiel reveals the extent of Israel's nuclear gagging. Vanunu has spent 17 years in jail, 11 of which were in a minute solitary confinement cell. Sunday Times journalist Peter Hounam heard rumours in 1986 that an Israeli whistle-blower was offering proof of what the world had long suspected. Vanunu was that whistle-blower. His revelations confirmed that Israel was building advanced nuclear weapons. After the Sunday Times published this scoop, Vanunu was lured to Italy and kidnapped by Mossad agents and illegally smuggled back to Israel. He was tried in secret and convicted of treason and spying.

And without those people, we cannot fix the banking system. The gigantic stimulus package that Obama passed will fall flat on its face, as contracting credit markets absorb the multiplier. That the Obama administration has been conserving political capital for its stimulus package and its budget, rather than its treasury nominees, is a radical misallocation of priorities. In these circumstances, I find it hard to come down too hard on Geithner for failing to come up with a newer, better plan; he could hardly be expected to do so without any deputies or staff to help.

This is a covert "preventive war" (the doctrine Bush began with the neoconservatives), and not just against Iran. Bottom line is that Israel is trying to provoke open war with Iran, baiting a retaliation from these covert attacks which then would be blamed on Iran as the "aggressor" (as they did with Gaza, Lebanon, etc.). This is their standard M.O.. This also shows that the US is involved in a "proxy war" for Israel (a term the US employs only toward Iran), not a "war on terror": The U.S. journalist James Risen has written recently that the CIA and the Mossad have planned together a number of sabotage operations against the Iranian program , including damaging power lines to nuclear sites in order to cause harm to computer systems and equipment. He also discusses former covert ops flying for CIA, and Israel and Mossad are mentioned as well, which is also interesting to hear what goes on that US citizens never hear about, including drug running.

Today, this war is in Gaza.
