The first of these is the DFM heated air make-up system. It consists of the DFM800R (for standard booths) and the DFM2000 (for larger truck booths). The DFM is a direct fired air make-up system. This means that the system fires directly into the air stream. Firing directly into the air stream results in 98% efficiency, providing a rapid temperature rise in the booth and saving you money on operation cost.

Every oven features an ETL listed control panel with digital temperature controllers for accurate temperature control. All ovens are built to NFPA 86 standards and comply with OSHA requirements and national electric codes. Floors are constructed from 1/4" steel plate and are provided with cart/track slots and floor ducts. Custom sizes and applications are always welcomed at AFC.
