POPSone two three DEAD This is a crucial piece of evidence of WHO’s long-term genocidal intentions that could stand in any court of law because these memorandums give the best and fullest explanation WHO’s and affiliated labs (such as the CDC) current activities, such as their patenting of the most lethal bird flu viruses, their sending that virus to Baxter’s subsidiary in Austria, which weaponized it and sent out 72 kilos to 16 labs in four countries almost triggering a global pandemic.

POPS'Now We Have Proof' Jihadis Infiltrating D.C.
Noting that CAIR has tried to hide its strategy, finances, membership, internal disputes and much more from public view since its founding in 1994, Islam expert Daniel Pipes lauded "Muslim Mafia" for definitively exposing the "tawdry and often illegal inner workings of radical Islam's most aggressive organization in North America." "The revelations in this book should both put CAIR out of business and permanently discredit the Islamist cause," Pipes said. Undercover Along with declassified government documents, the book unveils thousands of e-mails, faxes and internal memos that were never meant for public viewing. "Muslim Mafia" also exposes the inner workings of the mob-like Brotherhood and explains its broader conspiracy of infiltrating the American government and "destroying Western civilization from within." "The evidence found in the investigation is incontrovertible," said co-author Sperry, noting that the book has more than 40 pages of footnotes and an

POPSWhy Did The DoD Ignore Requests From Their Own Attorney For A War Crimes Investigation? Air Force Maj. David Frakt, the attorney for former detainee Mohammed Jawad, says over the past 16 months he sent multiple memos to Defense Department and military leaders asking them to account for what a military judge called “abusive conduct and cruel and inhuman treatment” of his client. Jawad, who was arrested when he says he was 12 years old for allegedly tossing a grenade at U.S. military, was moved from cell to cell 112 times during a 14-day period to disrupt his sleep patterns, according to military documents. Frakt said he believes the treatment constituted torture, violated the Geneva Convention, war crime laws and Defense Department regulations.

POPS Holder's Show Investigation Winding Down based on the facts or on his political instincts. But a government source asserted that Holder was briefed on some of the details by advisers and that the attorney general was troubled by the material he read. Authorities have not pointed publicly to new evidence or witnesses that would strengthen the cases under review. I'm sure that, like Obama's Gitmo press conference, reopening these investigations was a feel-good announcement for Holder when he made it. Maybe the conclusion of this utterly non-politically motivated investigation will free up enough resources for Holder to voter intimidation case against the New Black Panther Party. As if. POPSInternal Treasury Memos: Cap & Tax Could Cost Americans $100 to $200 Billion Annually "This memo tells you it's a tax. Why else are they discussing hundreds of billions of revenue to be taken from the taxpayer?" This leaked memo must be immediately rebuked, people will don white robes and gallop across the countryside. Obama's black. We can't have leaks proving he's lying. It's racist. I condemn that piece of paper with its bigoted numbers for inciting racial hatred. Corrected: I wrote the figures were "far higher" than the numbers Obama admits, but I see now there is no reference to what numbers Obama admits, precisely. So I can't say they're "far" higher. I have corrected that to "higher." posted by Ace

POPSCheney Attacks Obama, Torture Investigations
A whole generation grew up thinking the principle repeated over and over again at the war crime trials after WWII were true: That saying you "were only obeying orders," was not a defense. But former VP Cheney says it is, that "legal memos," given to the CIA said it was okay. Cheney also says torture is okay because "it helped save American lives." Obama is doing great damage to our country, making us less safe, Cheney contends, because 1) These methods are needed to keep us safe and 2) He is sapping the morale of our CIA by allowing the newly announced investigations of the torture program by the Dept. of Justice. Besides being "offended," Cheney also announced that he hasn't decided if he will cooperate with the DOJ investigation. Of course there are lots of holes in the argument. If Hitler had his Justice Dept. write him a memo saying it was okay to murder 6 million Poles and 5.5 million Jews and millions of union organizers and anti-war activist, would that make it o

POPS The Fall Guy
True, the president showed up at the CIA a few days later to reassure Mr. Panetta's demoralized troops. Don't "be discouraged" that you've "made mistakes," the president said, smiling, as Mr. Panetta stood grimly by. "That's how we learn." Mr. Obama vowed to be "vigorous in protecting" the organization. Later, at the White House, he announced plans to release photos showing detainee abuse"at the demand of the ACLU. Then came House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's full-frontal assault, claiming the agency had lied to her about waterboarding. This would have been an excellent time for some "vigorous" protection of the CIA, since agency documents flatly contradict the speaker. But with his domestic agenda in the hands of Congress, the White House was mum. It showed equal interest in defending Mr. Panetta against the threat of congressional investigations. This week the White House visited on the CIA director what ranking Senate Intelligence Committee member Kit Bond declared a "hat trick"

POPSWrist-slap and Tackle: Obama Goes Mild on CIA Torture http://chris-floyd.com/component/content/artic
Holder has announced a tepid probe into some of the possible "excesses" committed by a few CIA interrogators, while letting the true architects and perpetrators of an elaborate, deliberate, inherent system of torture get off scot-free. Glenn Greenwald has many of the details here and here, among them the telling – and damning – fact that Obama and Holder have apparently decided that the "torture memos" prepared at the White House's order should be considered "settled law;" that is, only those agents whose tortures might have gone a bit beyond the already heinous tortures "allowed" by the White House memos are to be investigated for possible prosecution. As long as you stayed within the gruesome "guidelines" of the White House torture memos, then your atrocities are now to be considered "legal." This is yet another open reinforcement of the long-established covert practice of what we might call Nixon's Law: "If the president orders it, it cannot be illegal."

POPS"Bush's Shocking Biblical Prophecy" more: "And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison, And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them." Bush believed the time had now come for that battle, telling Chirac: "This confrontation is willed by God, who wants to use this conflict to erase his people's enemies before a New Age begins". The story of the conversation emerged only because the Elyse Palace, baffled by Bush's words, sought advice from Thomas Romer, a professor of theology at the University of Lausanne. Four years later, Romer gave an account in the September 2007 issue of the university's review, Allez savoir. The article apparently went unnoticed, although it was referred to in a French newspaper.

POPS"Courtesy Loans" or Loan Sharks Banks are ever more charging their users more and more fees for less and less service, but it's been revealed that one service charge accounts for more than half of banks' profits; overdraft fees. As a "Courtesy", banks now tend to loan people money to pay for overdrafts to their accounts, rather than returning the payment, but that "Courtesy" comes at a steep price — a mafia loan-like price. I faced the precursor to this problem; my bank giving me phantom service charges to make my cheques bounce, so they could charge exorbitant NSF fees, and then reverse the "erroneous" service charge, so everything seems all nice and legal. I didn't go so far as to sue the bank, since I resolved the issue that day (and closed out my account), but despite them trying to keep the issue quiet, I made sure to speak very loudly about just how the bank screwed me. I hope they lost a lot of customers that day.

POPSReport: Bush program extended beyond wiretapping The report also questions the legal advice used by President Bush to set up the program, pinpointing omissions and questionable legal memos written by Yoo at the Justice Department. The report suggests Yoo ignored an explicit provision in the FISA law designed to restrict the government's authority to conduct electronic surveillance during wartime. And it said flaws in Yoo's memos later presented "a serious impediment" to recertifying the program.

POPSEd Meese, Far-Right Reaganite, Hired By GOP To Coordinate Sotomayor Attack From the article: But Meese was known above all for his unbending belief that the conservative movement needed to change the culture of the Supreme Court. He famously declared in 1985 that judges should be "expected to resist any political effort to depart from the literal provisions of the Constitution." Later, he would suggest that it was within the power of the president to circumvent Supreme Court decisions. And we now know were that kind of thinking has lead us. Iraq War anyone?

POPSDick Cheney Only Had to Delay Things a Couple of Minutes Dick Cheney is a very deeply disturbed individual with deep-seated notions of world domination. His vision of the American Dream is more like an American Empire. He has some very twisted notions of how to obtain leadership and working to make America a better, safer place for all of us doesn’t play into his plans. After reading this blog post and following its many links we can get a clearer picture of what Dick Cheney is most fearful of from being ordered to stand trial for his crimes against the American people. It has been speculated that he fears the truth coming out about his part in authorizing the torture of ‘enemy combatants’, but there is so much more he needs to fear, not the least of which is allowing (and possibly masterminding) the most horrendous attack on American soil since Pearl Harbor. See how he was largely responsible for generating fake intelligence about Iraq in order to justify war.
