POPSNASA Needs to Take Space Sex Seriously The fact remains however, that we are naive of the effects of sex in space, let alone if it is even a pleasurable experience. The mechanics of "human docking procedures" (as described by tests carried out by the Russian space agency) are a lot more complicated when in zero gravity. There are also huge ethical questions hanging over possible pregnancies in space. Zero-G tests on rat embryos produced decreased skeletal and brain development, the effects on a human embryo will remain a mystery. The fact remains that NASA continues to cut back biological research in favor of future Moon missions, so much about human sexuality in space will remain a mystery.

POPSExtraterrestrial Particle Accelerator I recently read an excellent book titled "Decipher," about a diverse group of people trying to save the Earth. A linguist that specialized in dead languages like Chaldean and Sumerian... A CIA remote viewer.. A Construction Engineer for a Oil Company... An Archaeologist.. A Quantum Scientist/Mathematician focused on Chaos Theory... A Crack team of Marines with the ever noble squared-jaw leader. Their goal was to decipher a base 60 language that ad been left imprinted on crystal matrices tens of thousands years old with a carbon-60 elemental make up.. Read it if you can find it, it is amazing. The Particle Accelerator here was featured in that book and the Physicist was spouting off about these theories of mini-black holes and space/time distortion. Thus article goes one better as it alleges that the Collider is the only NON-TOP SECRET unit being used and many more exist...

POPSThe Journal of Unlikely Science I think there is a world market for maybe five computers. - Thomas J. Watson ., IBM Chairman, 1943 Computers in the future may weigh no more than 1.5 tons. - Popular Mechanics, 1949

POPSRepairPal: Yes, your mechanic is ripping you off To drive home his point, Sturtz told me about a study the company did when it was forming: 50 calls were made to shops asking for a price quote on a given repair. Then, a short time later, the calls were made again to the same shops, but this time with women making the queries instead of men. The average price difference was 17 percent higher when women called.

POPSReforming K-12 Education I suggest those eight periods go as follows: 1. critical thinking / debate / recognizing deceit 2. math 3. science (methodology) / sciences 4. reading / comprehension 5. writing / speaking 6. Lunch 7. history 8. social studies / civics / life skills That's a K-12 curriculum, BTW. At the 12+ point either specialization (such as technical training in one area... electronics, mechanics, furniture carving, plumbing) or long term educational undertakings with broader underpinnings would be considered.

POPSThe Occult Nature of Light "Both God and Light exist outside of space & time." "There is something very suggestive about no-space, no-time, Light, and God. I don't know what it is but there's something deep and profound here that I wish I understood." "Light propagation may actually create space & time. The zero point field inertial hypothesis implies that the most fundamental property of matter, namely mass, is created by light." - Dr. Bernard Haisch, astrophysicist, author of "The God Theory"
