POPSBest Bagpipe Maker in the World Lives in Charleston SC MacLellan's Bagpipes are some of the finest crafted bagpipes in the world. Roddy MacLellan and his beautiful wife, Avis, are neighbors of mine. Avis MacLellan is the owner of the The Model's Studio, a fully accredited Modeling School here in Charleston. In addition to just being a wonderful person to know, Avis is very active in our local Community and a well respected volunteer. I just think it is cool that so much talent lives right here in my beautiful Charleston, South Carolina. You'll never meet two nicer people.
