I receive weekly natural (natural fat burner) injections, take multi-vitamin supplements as well as homeopathic tablets. POPSAtkin's Diet Study - Not what the AMA wanted to see The study showed those on the Atkins Diet not only lost the most weight on average, but they also did the best for measured good cholesterol, triglycerides, and blood pressure, and did not have any differences in bad cholesterol. My opinion, find a diet that allows you to lose weight, but also eat right on it. Get out an exercise as well if you really want to be healthy.
