POPSVegan Cheesy Bean and Cheese Enchiladas Serves: 6 Preparation time: 45 min Make sure the pan is coated well with the sauce or they stick Next time I will only use 2 cans of beans I used the whole package of tortillas (12) and still had beans left over 5 + stars! This recipe rocks! My non-vegan meat-eating husband LOVES them! I made the following modifications: 1 onion, 12 oz beans (I cook them, drain, weigh), 2 Tablespoons soy margarine This recipe is fantastic! We've made it three times now, once for omnivorous company who loved it too. Instead of rolling up the enchiladas, which never seems to work for me, I make more of an enchilada casserole by layering the tortillas with the other ingredients I forgot to add the margarine the first time, but it still turned out amazing, so I think I'll just omit it this time as well very good! i replaced the olives with corn I also added the JUICE FROM ONE LIME (to the filling), which made a world of difference

Replacing the one dollar bill was such a popular move with most Canadians that a couple years later the government replaced the two dollar bill with a new coin called the Toonie. The U.S. has tried on several occasions to interest citizens in using a one dollar coin, but their mistake is that the never discontinue the dollar bill in the process. Canada stopped printing one and two dollar bills at the same time they released each coin respectively. It worked like a charm, and the two coins are enormously popular with the Canadian public including yours truly.

POPSCats and Gardens Now that I am thinking about how I am going to continue to design my garden and perhaps later on my backyard (concreted) a thought came accross my head. My cat LOVES to sit in my garden and I don't want her to accidently eat some plant that might hurt her in any way although she likes to roam the neighbor's planters but we try to deter her verbally. One neighbor admits she puts "the hose on" her when she tries to go near her garden. *sigh*. Anyone have cats and gardens or find anything symbiotic about their relationship??
