Auto Title Loans in Albuquerque
TitleLoans
by TitleLoans  11-12-2009
Albuquerque and Rio Rancho NM Auto title loans Where is your location? We have several in this area. These are called affiliate locations and there is one close to you. Once you give us your info we can direct you to the closest one. Why do this online? For starters, it's faster. Our staff handles hundreds of inquiries per day and instead of waiting in a lobby, you can do everything online in seconds. What is the interest rate and fees? We loan money from $750 to $4999 at 8% per month and title loans from $5000 to $50000 at 7.5% per month. How long do I have to pay it back? From 2-3 years depending on your loan amount and your situation. We do not like to set up a loan you cannot pay so it will be based on what you can afford. We want you back! My credit is not great. Will that hurt me? We look at the vehicle more than your credit.

"I took all my money out of my pocket. I took off my coat and threw it out the window. I jumped out the window and the police officer brought me to the cafeteria." When asked if he was afraid Zach said: "I was more nervous than afraid." Zach told Rosanna Scotto that he knew about the hand signals from the military. Zach's father is a Marine and his two older brothers are in the Army and currently serving in Iraq. Zach wants to follow in his father's footsteps and become a Marine. Sorry Ass News For A Sunday Morning
thinkingblue

Did you ever pick up a newspaper and wished you hadn't? Well that's what happened to me this morning. It wasn't an actual real time Newspaper but in today's world it was a Newsdig but I still wished that I hadn't clicked! First it was a, Health Care {NO} Reform won by the Health Care and insurance Industry. Then the gloom and doom news from Afghanistan. It's enough to make you put on a pair of rose colored glasses or stick your head in the sand. But alas, I can't do that, because then I would become part of the (Sarah Palin - Michele Bachmann et al ) crazy lunatic fringe mob on the right!

Charitable Organization Funds To Preserve Journalism?
merrie
by merrie  10-21-2009    1
The report is asking “philanthropic organizations to support local reporting.” That’s where the tax comes in " or fees " to be gathered in some fashion from telecom or internet providers.” I might not object if a clear definition of “journalism,” and adherence to that definition, must be met to get the nonprofit status. Of course, it all depends on the definition of the trade " like defining what “is” is. Next will be White House ordered legislation assuring that FOX News is excluded from “nonprofit status.” I cannot credit this report by linking to it, because the “original source” says I cannot (but never mind, they want me to donate to keep their less-than-honest endeavors alive) but go to Breitbart.com type in some keywords and you’ll find it.

Yes Men Pull Off Chamber Of Commerce Hoax On Climate Change
ratilfar
by ratilfar  10-19-2009
It turns out, that an email press release was just one component of the hoax. In addition, the fake group managed to secure space at the prestigious National Press Club to host a "press conference" announcing its change in climate change position, according to the real Chamber. Several reporters were in attendance, I'm told, unaware that this was all a big joke. The event would have gone off without a hitch except for the fact that an actual Chamber spokesman was tipped off to the shenanigans and moved quickly to break it up. A reporter interested in covering what she thought was a real event inadvertently showed up at the Chamber's office on H Street instead of the press club. UPDATE: A source close to the infamous pranksters, The Yes Men, claims that the group was behind today's hoax and will be sending along a press release and video shortly. Stay tuned!

Health Bills In Congress Won't Fix Doctor Shortage

Add More Residents? 'Dead on Arrival' Almost everyone agrees on how to build up the supply of primary care physicians: create more residency positions at teaching hospitals for family doctors and internists to complete their training and significantly increase how much primary care doctors get paid by Medicare and other insurers. But there’s resistance to these steps because of their costs. A proposal backed by Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., and the teaching hospital lobby to add 15,000 Medicare-funded medical residency positions -- a 15 percent increase that would favor more primary care training -- was considered dead on arrival because of its $10 billion price tag over a decade. Proponents said it was a small price to pay, in legislation that could run as high as $1 trillion, to ensure that patients have access to doctors. Instead, the House and Senate overhaul bills would redistribute about 1,000 unfilled residency positions . . .

Peggy Noonan Wants To Write Obama's Nobel Speech
merrie
by merrie  10-11-2009    1
It cost America a lot to do this, and we kept no territory, as they say, beyond the graves where our soldiers lie. America then taxed itself and gave its wealth not only to its allies but to its former adversaries, to help them rebuild. We didn't actually have to do this. We did it to make the world better. We did it to foster peace. (They should give us a prize.) America hasn't just helped the world, it literally lit the world with its inventions, which are the product of its freedoms. The lights under which the Peace Prize judges read, and rejected, the worthy nominations? Why, those lights were invented by an American. The emails the committee members sent to each other, sharing their banal insights on leadership? They came through the Internet. Who invented the Internet? It was a Norwegian bureaucrat with a long face and hair on his nose and little plastic geometric eyeglasses? Oh wait, it was Americans. The members of the Norwegian Nobel Committee

Milking the Consumer
sahara
by sahara  10-5-2009
Hettinga, who ran a big business and was no political innocent, fought back with his own lobbyists and alliances with lawmakers. But he found he was no match for the dairy lobby. "I had an awakening," the 64-year-old Dutch-born dairyman said. "It's not totally free enterprise in the United States." Most U.S. dairy farmers work within a government system set up in the 1930s to give thousands of small dairies a guaranteed market for their milk and to even out prices for consumers. Farmers who participate in regional pools operated by the federal government or the states deliver raw milk to cooperatives or food processors. They get a guaranteed price, whether the milk ends up in a gallon jug, cheese, butter or ice cream. In Arizona and other federally regulated regions, the Agriculture Department uses a formula to set the price processors pay for raw milk, issuing "milk marketing orders."

IRISH REFERENDUM OUTCOME IS NULL AND VOID
The Infowarrior
by The Infowarrior  10-5-2009    13
IRISH ELECTORAL LAW FLOUTED, CANCELLING OUT THE RESULT Our published information that the Irish Referendum on the dictatorial Lisbon Treaty was rigged, is ACCURATE. However at the time of the Update to the report dated 2nd October (see below) we hadn’t yet obtained details of the WAY the Referendum was rigged and influenced in favour of the treacherous YES lobby. We now have this information. This is how the Irish were ‘persuaded’ to change their minds: (1): Ballot boxes may have been stuffed prior to the Referendum polling booths opening. Specifically: • Under Irish law, ballot boxes are required to be delivered by members of the garda (police) to the polling stations at 7:00 am on the date the election takes place. • This legal requirement applies to ALL polling in Ireland, whether elections or referenda. • On this occasion, however, the ballot boxes were delivered to the private residences of the polling/Returning Officers, 48 hours prior to the Referendum.
