POPSinteractive guide: Who in the Bush administration broke the law, and who could be prosecuted
Each scandal is represented by a colored circle that encompasses the people who are implicated. As it's easy to see, many of the players here are mixed up in two, three, or more of the alleged crimes. Hence all the overlapping circles (Venn-diagram heaven!). The best way to make sense of this legal tangle is to mouse over the title of an individual scandal, which will highlight everyone implicated. For example, the wiretapping bubble ensnares George W. Bush, Dick Cheney, David Addington, John Ashcroft, John Yoo, and Alberto Gonzales. At the same time, Ashcroft and Gonzales fall into the overlapping circle for monkey business related to DoJ hiring. Mouse over a person's name for information on how each person is involved. Mouse over the title of each circle for specifics about the particular scandal. And if all else fails, fall back on this golden rule of wrongdoing in the White House: All roads lead to Gonzales.

POPSSC Gets Tough on Illegal Immigration What do Minority Business Owners in South Carolina think about getting rid of "Illegals"? Do you think it is unfair? Do you think that there is not enough representation for the Illegal Immigrants here in SC? Are you happy about tougher Laws enforcing Illegal Immigration because it results in labor disputes, and cheap labor taking "your" rightful jobs? Do you hire Illegal Aliens to work for you? We would love to hear what you think. Please post your thoughts on our Blog or feel free to email info@minoritybuildersassociation.com

POPSNY Passes Video Game Label Law Similar laws have been thrown out in states including California and Illinois -- and it's a good thing, because they're absolutely stupid. Why should video game makers be forced by law to label their wares this way, and not creators of other forms of media?

POPSIllegal's registered to vote? This qualifies as a DUH report. I mean did anyone actually believe that people who bust across our borders and sponge off our government social services would actually bother to follow the rules and register to vote? I wonder if Nancy Pelosi along with Obama's ACORN organization are signing these illegals up to vote for Obama? And we thought the Republicans where the only ones who stole elections! Do I hear a collective DUH? This surely explains how we ended up with a candidate like Obama for Pres.

POPSCourts Strike Down Net Censorship Both First Amendment and pro-tech groups have been hugely critical of COPA, saying that the law is too broad, and would affect news or informational sites talking about mature issues, not just porn.

POPSBanned(in US) WW1Socialist anti-draft pamphlet This is a portion of an anti-draft pamphlet that was put out by the Socail Democratic (Socialist) Party during World War 1. This led to a Supreme Court ruling (US vs Schenk) http://www.law.umkc.edu/faculty/projects/ftrials/conlaw/schenk.html While we do not have a draft now, I find the portions clipped to be quite relevant to today.
