Juries thus far have not been convinced at all. The men were arrested in June 2006, two years after Larry Silverstein (lease owner of WTC, friend of Benjamin Netanyahu) purchased Sears Tower . What a coincidence, huh? Neither does over 36 percent of the U.S. population (Scripps Howard poll, 2006) believe the official story (also without evidence) of the 9/11 attacks. For all the government has stated about the "threat of terrorism" and "Islamo-fascism" there have been no credible attempts (including a "shoe bomber") since Sept. 11, which cannot be attributed to Bush war policy, nor airport screenings. Anyone could do anything at anytime if determined to. Apparently no one is really determined. But the propaganda has sure worked.

POPSWTC Developers suing airlines, airport I'm still trying to figure out how there can be liability for the airlines when their pilots did the standard procedure for a hijacking at the time: cooperate. I could possibly see some grounds for suing the airport for security lapses, but even that's a little shaky given that the only thing legally wrong with the hijackers (before the horrific murder/suicide attack) was that they had overstayed their visas, IIRC.
