POPSMichael Jackson's children are "doing wonderfully with their grandmother guardian", a judge has said Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff was "very pleased" with a probate investigator's report on how the three children are adjusting. The judge also increased the powers of two men administering the singer's estate, partly due to substantial debt. The pop legend died aged 50 in June. His death was ruled to be homicide caused by a powerful anaesthetic. His children, Prince Michael, 12, Paris, 11, and Prince Michael II (known as Blanket), 7, have been in the care of Katherine Jackson since their father's death.

POPSDr. Conrad Murray: I Have Faith The Truth Will Prevail Dr. Conrad Murray is breaking wind via a video message posted on YouTube. In his first public address since the death of Michael Jackson, the singer's embattled doctor thanked supporters for their help in getting him through this ordeal. "I am an innocent man. I just gave Michael several drugs, including an anaesthetic that could kill a bull elephant. I was trying to help the man...anybody can see that." "Because of all that is going on, I am afraid to return phone calls or return emails," he said. "Please don't worry. As long as I keep God in my heart and you in my life, I will be fine. I have done all I could do. I told the truth and I have faith the truth will prevail. God bless you and thank you." Murray is the target of a manslaughter investigation and may face a wrongful death lawsuit from Katherine Jackson, Michael's mother.

POPSDo The right Thing. Maybe Ms.Rowe can do the right thing and let Mrs.Jackson raise her gran children the way Michael wanted it. She was paid for services rendered.

POPSThe Michael Jackson Case to Date July 1st
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the LAPD has asked the DEA to assist them in its investigation into multiple doctors who treated and prescribed medications for Michael Jackson. The LAPD wants help in tracking down the source of medications. As we first reported, the powerful anesthesia Propofol was found in Jackson's home and it appears he got the drug through an IV before he died. As we first reported, Propofol, a powerful anesthesia, was found in the house after Jackson died. Various medical experts tell us there is absolutely no medical justification for Jackson to have had this drug in his home -- it is used to knock people out before surgery. It is administered through an IV. We're told Jackson wanted the drug to sleep and that he had cravings for anesthesia -- whenever he had even the most minor medical procedure ... he had the doctor put him under. It is increasingly looking like Propofol may have caused Jackson to go into cardiac arrest and die.

POPSthe Battle Begins!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Okay we all know Michael didn't make babies the old fashion way. So when it comes to the custody of his children I'm sure it's not going to be resolved the old fashion way, where the biological parent steeps in and take custody of the child, or children. In this case I think the grandparents are probably the best fit for this situation.
