If white Kryptonite was dangerous, Superman would have told us, but if Superman was here he would probably be invited to join a testing program. Krypton is a radioactive product of nuclear fission, with Ironwhen Uranium breaks down it is a natural Element. That is a worry, radioactive fallout could be described as a Kryptonite Shower. (I'm sure Superman existed before Nuclear Weapons.maybe he was on to something)
