POPSWest Forcing Iran to Produce Nukes Faster In my opinion. They will respond to sanctions only by stepping UP nuke production. We are driving toward the inevitable. I hope we have an ultimate game plan as that is what will be needed. Might as well play it out yesterday. If not sooner.

POPSIsrael & US Preparing for Iran An alarming sign: propaganda to twist the facts around into an excuse to attack Iran, much as was done with Iraq before we attacked. Iran is in the business of providing nuclear isotobes for medical use. Its recent expansion is in accord with international regulations for that industry, yet we are told its a movement towards making nuclear bomb material. Note that Iran hasn't attacked another country in 200 years. Also note that Israel has nuclear weapons, so its rather silly for Iran to attack Israel. The way I see it, we're setting Iran up for an attack. I'm no fan of Iran. I'm no fan of war mongering either.I'm no fan of destroying a country to grab its oil or control its territory. I'm no fan of weakening our military through prolonged exposure to war. And media that deliberately distorts truth really irks me. What do you think??

POPSAttack Iran Now! I wish Israel would 'put up or shut up,' and attack Iran now. We've been hearing such threats every week for the last two years, so just do it. I don't like how Israel wants to drag other nations into this war.

POPSVancouver Winter Olympics 2010 Protest Walking downtown just days before the Olympics are scheduled to begin there was quite a buzz around town. POPS The Nuclear Bluff Obama budget exposes nuclear lie http://michellemalkin.com In his State of the Union Address, President Obama purported to reach across the aisle by endorsing a “new generation of safe, clean nuclear power plants”…before pushing cap and trade. The nearly $4 trillion budget he released today exposes his nuclear lie. President Barack Obama will propose eliminating funding for the Yucca Mountain project in a new budget he will submit to Congress on Monday, according to Nevada lawmakers who were notified over the weekend. It zeroes out funds for the besieged Yucca Mountain nuclear storage facility in Nevada " one of the few, prominent Obama campaign pledges that he looks like he’s actually fulfilling: Following the State of the Union, in a conference call with reporters on the same day the nuclear financing plan was unveiled, Energy Secretary Steven Chu announced the creation of a special panel to find a solution for storing nuclear waste.

POPSHELEN's EPHIPHANY. When you call the reporter the night before you know damn well what they are going to ask to control you,” Thomas said. “I’m not saying there has never been managed news before, but this is carried to fare-thee-well--for the town halls, for the press conferences,” she said. “It’s blatant. They don’t give a damn if you know it or not. They ought to be hanging their heads in shame.” During today’s briefing, Thomas interrupted a back-and-forth between Gibbs and Chip Reid, the White House correspondent for CBS News, when Reid was questioning Gibbs about who was going to decide what questions would be asked of President Obama in a townhall meeting that was scheduled to take place in Annandale, Va., today.

POPSFinding Fifty Ways To Tweet There are plenty of hobbies, interests, passions, activities, and chores that help fill our day. Twitter asks ... What are you doing right now? And we answer! A massive wave of consumers have been using Twitter since 2006 to update friends and family about the daily, sometimes mundane, occurances of life. Twitter was helpful to the people of Iran in 2009 when they needed to get messages to the outside world when their own networks were being blocked. Twitter has helped raise money for political campaigns, charities, and most recently with the Haiti Earthquake Relief Effort. It should be no suprise then, that twitter has also helped many large and small business people connect with customers in a very new and engaging way. But how can a business owner really make themost of Twitter? For that matter - how can you really make the most of all social media networks... http://blog.pooririshman.com/marketing/finding-fifty-ways-to-tweet

POPSUS citizens may be murdered by their government WTF ? What about innocent until proven guilty ? I seem to remember western law has been based on protection from arbitrary punishment since The Magna Carta or there abouts. It`s particularly alarming as a top US military chap in Afghanistan said that most of their intelligence was `fantasy`. And people complain about Iran and Venezuela ?
