POPSWorld Bank pledges $US3.5b to poorest nations Poor countries as Middle Men between big business accounts. Private companies do not invest for the sake of goodwill. It is when there is a relative certainty of profit, and a new 'market.' The primary objective is to reduce the chance of a loss, and develop a market to a stage where there is an ongoing increase in profit due to a markets development.

POPSIFC - Statistics Not sure if you consider site statistics private information or not, but I thought it would be interesting to see some statistics shown (perhaps as a status line at the bottom of the page, depending on how many and which statistics you wanted to show.) Some statistics I would find interesting: - Current number of clippers - Current number of active clippers (maybe clipped, popped, commented in last 7 days) - Clips clipped today - Clips clipped this week - Clips clipped this month - Clips so far (total clips) - Number of new clippers today (with possible link to a new clipper cliproll) Note: I would have clipped the "Ideas for Clipmarks" web site, but it seemed to be having issues.
