POPSFree your intranet with Web 2.0 I love these ideas. However, I think the success of a Web 2.0-ish intranet would be highly dependent upon the culture of the participants. It is all too easy for those who resist operating in free form mode to make the intranet seem disorganized and messy. The obvious backlash being to move toward a system that is more thoroughly locked down and systematically organized from the start. So, a prerequisite would be to create or promote a culture that values Web 2.0 characteristics.
