POPSfile under "unclear on the concept"... or maybe "corporate tools of evil"? Don't eat fat-free, sugar-free, low-carb ersatz food-like products. Eat food, not too much, mostly plants. Don't take "fat-burning enzyme" pills, waste your money on a Thighmasater, or think that time on the Wii Fit will make you healthy. Walk places, climb stairs, chase your kids or grandkids or nieces & nephews around, go for a run, play basketball, or anything else that's real movement and activity.
