POPSObama snubs Ft. Hood to relax @ Camp David No surprise really. Just more evidence that Obama cares not a twit for our military and is happy to enjoy the perks of being President in name only. Besides, it makes him uncomfortable to be around REAL men and women.

POPSObama Ties GWB on Golf Just for my own perspective purposes. While our troops w-a-i-t for Obama to decide, while the jobless rates apparently are soaring, while $$$ is being printed as fast as humanly possible and given away for stupidity's sake, etc.... our Commander-in-Chief continues in the joys & perks of a figurehead.

POPSObama predicts 'sensible' health care win "We have a broken immigration system. Nobody denies it," Obama said. But politically and legislatively, the matter stands behind health care, energy legislation and an overhaul of financial regulatory rules on Obama's first-term agenda. "It's very important for us to sequence these big initiatives in a way where they don't all just crash at the same time," he said. We do not have a broken immigration system - what we do have is a bunch of weak-ass morons who haven't the guts to enforce our immigration laws - including when GWB was in office.

POPSIf you aren't sick now, you soon will be Unreal. But wait, Obama PROMISED his taxes would not effect anyone making under $250k a year. You mean he lied? No way. So, once GWB's tax cuts for the rich expire, the average family making $40,000 a year see an increase of over $1000 in federal taxes. Then, Cap & Trade will cost us around $4000 a year in higher utilities and costs (and I think that is way underestimated) Then, forced health care will run another $12k for a family. Then what? Wonder how we will pay to feed our kids? Oh, that's right, tax the "rich" and give the rest of us food stamps. Great plan. Really doubt it will workout for most of us.

POPSNow that is just harsh Add to that this bit of data. During the election, many liberals complained that President Bush was running the national debt up too high and the Communist Chinese government owned too much of that debt. A lot of fiscal conservatives agreed with them on that. After the election, the fiscal conservatives stuck by their principles and most liberals abandoned theirs as our Dear Leader raised the national debt in six months an amount that it took GWB eight years to reach, selling most of that new debt to the Communist Chinese government.

POPSRace to Dependence without the Old US who will be blamed? Who will keep the global sea-lanes open?Who will buy the world’s exports? Who will deal with Milosevic, Saddam, the Taliban, and the other global nuts and psychopaths? Who will attract the world’s more daring and desperate? So we end with a whimper, after all?

POPSDon't Say Terrorism Former president Bush, savagely attacked on every front by the lamestream media, may well be remembered in history as an exceptional commander-in-chief for his strategies that infallibly prevented attacks in the U.S., while Muslim fanatics elsewhere rampaged, exploded, beheaded, tortured (real torture with maiming and amputations, not the get-wet interrogations used by U.S. forces), abducted, stole and sabotaged worldwide in pursuit of their goal of global Islamic domination, a term not used in the "news," because it is seen as insensitive. AND, IF, the country survives this far-left President & Congress, we will most likely see just how successful GWB was on the war on terror. Simply ignoring it or calling it some PC name does not make it go away. But appeasement and shoving your head in the sand is the liberal way.

POPSA Brief History Of Political Correctness established in 1923 by Felix Weil, Marxist son of a millionaire German trader, in association with Frankfurt University. The work of the Institute, which came to be called the Frankfurt School, was to translate Marxism from economic into cultural terms. Political Correctness as it is known today was created by that Institute. Essentially the task had been completed by the end of the 1930s. Other key members of the Frankfurt School were Theodore Adorno, Erich Fromm and Herbert Marcuse. Fromm and Marcuse introduced the central sexual element into Political Correctness. The call for sexual liberation, which will supposedly lead to human sensual happiness, figures prominently in the work of the Institute. In a 1936 essay, ‘Egoism and the Movement for Emancipation’, Frankfurt School director Max Horkeimer discussed the “hostility to personal gratification inherent in bourgeois culture.” He referred favourably to the Marquis de Sade for his “protest…

POPSBUSH PARDONS OSAMA BIN LADEN Satire by David Rees - and very funny ... "William Kristol insisted the pardon made sense." And no, wingers, I don't hate GWB. But if we ignore the consequences - not only of his questionable competence, but also of his inflexibly ideological outlook, we'll find ourselves having to dig out of this hole all over again some day. We must not forget.

POPSSupreme Court: Sure, use illegally obtained evidence If the cops convince the judge that they were only accidentally illegal (oops, excuse us, please), evidence obtained illegally may be used in court. So cops accidentally breaking the law just doesn't hurt a thing! Yow. Thank GWB's appointments; your rights are still drying up.

POPSIs Bush Olmert's bitch? Some think so ... The USA, about to agree with the world on a UN resolution partly written by Secretary Rice, is stopped in its tracks by a phone call from Ehud Olmert to GWB. He gloats over Israel's power.

POPSThanks for nothing GWB When this spending plan goes south in a year or two and we are stuck wiht the aftermath Obama will be able to blame it on Republicans and we will lose another election. The COnservatives in Congress need to grow a set.

POPSWhat Word or Phrase Are You Sick Of? Where to begin?? The #1 word I am so sick and tired of hearing is: "Homeland" (Heil Hitler!) Then comes "security".....security, security, security. (*cringe*) "Terrorists" (yawn) "Freedom and democracy" (yada yada yada) "Bush" (Grrr) "GWB" (Grrrrrr) "George W. Bush" (Just STFU) I actually like grrr and STFU. :)

POPSBush to suddenly go green?!?! Highly uncharacteristic of him....and hardly in line with his recent wildlife threats. (http://clipmarks.com/clipmark/1D0AEB68-FAE3-4C9F-9D45-CB87ABA3BFCC/) But i'd fully support this move as a going-away-present from GWB.

POPSTuning out the Braindead Megaphone Post election blah-blah tells us America is (as everyone reasonable surely knows) a center-right nation. But Obama won by twice the margin of GWB when they said Bush had a conservative mandate, and interviews suggest Americans knew exactly what they were after.

POPSSix Blackwater Guards 'May' Be Charged in Iraq Massacre Immunity and impunity have gone hand in hand. Representative Jim McDermott. "The private contracting thing is the most erosive thing that this administration has done. You look at all the things that are being run by private contractors, you simply cannot be handing money to a private contractor who is not under the law of that country or the law of this country and can do anything they want. They're really -- they're rogue outfits." Blackwater and at least 300 other companies have been hired by the US government for privatized armed services in Iraq to the tune of about $6 billion in taxpayer money..

POPSThe Promised President Obama Crisis, Biden Warns What does Biden know, and what does he mean here? This part catches many reader's eyes: Watch, we're gonna have an international crisis, a generated crisis , to test the mettle of this guy." JFK had his Cuban Missile Crisis, and the Joint Chiefs had also drawn up Operation Northwoods, a deceptive act to justify invasion of Cuba, which JFK had rejected. So Biden's reference to JFK is real interesting. ...like they did John Kennedy. Things can be done, or "generated", to force President's hands into a course of actions (by third parties), contrary to their promises, just like GWB and 9/11 which "changed everything". There is no telling just what Obama might do, but Biden seems to know something in advance, or his warning would not be so direct instead of merely hypothetical. He states this as if it is absolutely certain.s

POPSPelosi says tax rebate unlikely before Bush leaves I just hope Pelosi is packing her bags too come January. GWB approval - 28% Congress - 9% Is it any wonder the country's in the toilet? What's another 61 billion? or another, or another, these idiots are mighty free with our money.

POPSMcCain's Foreign Policy: Global Democratic Gang McCain calls for a "League of Democracies" for the purposes of "peace" but actually for war. Its key principle is "entangling alliances" which George Washington warned against, starting with NATO as its foundation. This is actually an old plan and precisely what the UN is all about except it cuts China and Russia out. This is consistent with George Bush (Bush 41) "new world order" speech where he talked about a United Nations that lives up to the intention of its founders, as he launched Iraq War I. GWB 43 has also made reference to similar principles while already by-passing the UN when it is reluctant to launch a war. Actually it makes little difference, except to show that Russia and China will be cut out of decisions because they will be the new targets of contest under his neocon vision. The call to "make the world safe for democracy" (like Wilson and FDR) has been the foundation of world wars, and likely more.

POPSA Bush quote and some thoughts on perspective This quote by GWB on the Yemen embassy attack is both accurate and true. It raises an interesting point regarding perspective. The sad part of it to me is how equally well it could be used by those extremists we are fighting to describe the actions of the US.

POPSHail Mary! By her social agenda alone she should scare the pants off any thinking voter. By her own words, an avowed Creationist, anti-science fundamentalist, and she denies global warming is man-made. I didn't know that GWB had a sister!

POPSBush Regime Freezes Solar Energy We've got less than 10 years to make a significant shift over to renewable energy sources. Now, presumably at the behest of the oilmen to whom GWB is beholden, the Bush regime has announced a go-slow policy on solar energy.

POPSArmy Slams Iraq Occupation Plan Of course, Franks wasn't the only one who insisted the "major fighting was over." The President himself gave a big speech from the deck of the USS Abraham Lincoln, where he said almost those same words exactly ; "Major combat operations in Iraq have ended." Tommy Franks wasn't the only one with a terribly simplistic view of the occupation of Iraq. Of course, he'll take the flack for it. Everyone's busy pretending GWB doesn't exist now.

POPSthey object Faculty members at Furman University stand in protest as GWB delivers the commencement address at the school.
