POPSLanguage In Healthcare Bill: "Arcane," "Confusing," "Hard Stuff to Understand,"" "Gibberish," "Incomprehensible"
Thus far, however, the committee has not produced the actual legislative text of the bill. Instead the senators have been working with “conceptual language”"or what some committee members call a “plain English” summary or description of the bill. Senator Jeff Bingaman (D-N.M.), who sits on the committee, told CNSNews.com on Thursday that the panel was just following its standard practice in working with a “plain language description” of the bill rather than an actual legislative text. “It’s not just conceptual, it’s a plain language description of the various provisions of the bill is what the Senate Finance Committee has always done when it passes legislation and that is turned into legislative language which is what is presented to the full Senate for consideration,” said Bingaman. POPSThe Code Even the CIA Can't Crack and the elusiveness of truth, its message written entirely in code. Almost 20 years after its dedication, the text has yet to be fully deciphered. A bleary-eyed global community of self-styled cryptanalysts—along with some of the agency's own staffers—has seen three of its four sections solved, revealing evocative prose that only makes the puzzle more confusing. Still uncracked are the 97 characters of the fourth part (known as K4 in Kryptos-speak). And the longer the deadlock continues, the crazier people get.

POPSIs the GOP out to lunch?
The GOP is "out to lunch" as in porch light on-nobody's home. The GOP has not been mentally there, for some time now. Strange how it could hold so many minds captive with its utterly insane propaganda. What is wrong with people? The GOP should have been laughed off the world stage at the beginning of the Bush reign of nincompoopery. But no, people embraced the blunders, starting with the preemptive Invasion of Iraq and the GOP’s cooked intelligence to launch this phony war. Then, the Terri Schiavo debacle when the GOP joined the religious right to interfere in a local matter. Also, The Marriage amendment, the GOP stuck its nose where it doesn't belong. The GOP JUSTICE SUNDAY frenzy, The GOP hurricane KATRINA incompetence The GOP Bush strut on the deck of the USS Abe Lincoln declaring "Mission Accomplished."Insanity all the way. The GOP lives in fantasy but maybe, since people are growing up, the unhinged, hateful world of the GOP might be fading away. But don't hold your breath.

POPS Mr. President, Now You Own It
That's an obliteration of wealth that no stimulus bill will recoup. Since Election Day, the market has lost nearly 30 percent of its value -- trillions of dollars, not from CEO bonuses, as you may have hoped, but from your 401(k) and the private sector. You know, Mr. President, not everything is like politics. The market is a forward-looking entity, indeed, but it is driven by the decentralized actions of millions of investors every second. It's the opposite of politics. And this setup surely offends the sensibilities of the statist planners occupying Washington. Unlike politicians, markets don't lie. Obama, who promised not to raise taxes during a recession, now plans to raise nearly $1 trillion in new taxes directly from the investor class. He plans to raise capital gains taxes a disincentive to investment, corporate taxes for you, the consumer, ultimately to pay and on the "rich" which the nonpartisan Tax Foundation estimates will affect 1.3 million small-business owners.

POPS"How Grimoires Work"
continues Indeed, they seem so ridiculous that they encourage scorn concerning the whole subject. Is this ridicule valid? i don't think it is.: Perhaps we should look beyond the words and instructions, and see what is really going on in such instruction. And the first point to be raised is the 'leap of faith'. This is an absolute knowing that a belief system is true. It ignores reason, and takes the believer to a oneness with whatever system is being believed in. And often, to ignore the rationality that says it is wrong requires you to accept what to others would be gibberish. Hence, the ridiculousness of it all has rationality. : And this attitude continues into the spells themselves. For in order to carry out such irrational instructions, your beliefs have to be strengthened with every utterance or action. Hence, the very 'stupidity' of it all enhances your confidence that a result can be achieved. Spells are also related to normal life. Most people, when they get up in a mornin

POPSPrelude to the Higgs: A work for 2 bosons in the key of Z You might rightly ask yourselves why would I bother to clip this scientific gibberish. Actually this experiment, makes science a step closer to a critical junction, the discovery of the Higgs Boson, a.k.a the 'God' particle. A very substantial part of our understanding of the physical universe is put to a critical test. It worth a clip...
