POPS"Deep" Itch to save your Life. Cancer!
“I just can’t stop scratching! Sometimes the itch is in other areas, but mostly it’s down there.” She pointed to a place on her lower back. “I have to claw at it all the time, and it doesn’t ease up. It’s a different kind of itch, like I’m getting eaten up on the inside.” I examined the area, but it was remarkable only for its scratch marks. I reviewed her history. No diabetes, no recent bites, no hives, no recent infections, no new drugs or allergies, and no change in her emotional state that might account for this malady. Greta also said she had no liver, gall bladder, or kidney disease. She was not a drinker, smoker, or drug user. She had suffered with this persistent itch for almost a year and had never had any symptoms like it before. For the first few months that she experienced the itch, she was pregnant with her second child. “This didn’t happen the first time. I figured maybe it was just something that happens. But then after I had the baby it kept going on,” she said.

POPSHe did what he was told to do. I was a Marine in Vietnam. You do what you are told to do. You talk to no one about what you did. That is what war is. A justified insanity. The real criminals are the cowards that created this war of lies. Yet they will never be punished. But we will give this Marine a year in prison. We need a scapegoat for the higher ups that initiated this war. Better a low grade Marine,then a high rank officer.

POPSThe Skinny on Formula I saw this in my health news that I read at work every morning. Researchers have identified some sort of substance that they believe they can put in formula and guarantee that children will grow up to be skinny adults. My initial gut reaction is horror. Why would they want to put some crazy substance in what millions of babies will be drinking. What if it has effects that they aren't aware of? My next reaction comes from Dr. Hope. If this really worked, I'd worry about heart disease and cholesterol. If people looked healthly, they would be less likely to get check-ups for what is going on inside. People don't DIE of fat. Fat is related to what goes on inside. Doesn't that make this formula cosmetic? Reaction #3 is pissiness. Are fat people that horrible that we have to program our babies to be skinny? Sadly, my last reaction is jealousy. I wish I could have been programmed to be thin. Follow the link for the whole article

POPSVerosee launches collaborative workspaces for Skype Announced by several Skype bloggers in 2005 as a break-through collaborative tool, Verosee for Skype was just publicly launched this week. It's a Java applet that allows you to set up a workspace with your team members. You can see what they are working on, whether they are available for contact, at which location and at which phone number. You can synchronize folders through a secure connection. Verosee can send out specific event alerts, for example to notify you when a team member opens a specific file or enters a specific workspace. At the moment Verosee is available for Windows and Linux. A Mac version is coming up. Verosee Premium offers file versioning, wireless collaboration, desktop sharing and remote access.
