POPSBurnt Hendrix guitar to be sold in London Hendrix, who died in 1970, burnt two guitars on stage - he repeated the stunt at a festival later in 1967 - but the one to be auctioned is the only example that survives intact. ( Surprising that one remains after the fires, but intact?)

POPSAnti-deportation rally for war resisters raises eyebrows I reckon Dick would be pushing this barrow. Why would you bother chasing a bloke with two duty tours before he deserted.? He's done more than Dick'n'George did between them, and they weren't conscientious objectors - they just didn't want their heads blown off and were looked after.
