POPSWhy Jimmy Carter left the Southern Baptist Convention Subservience of women to men is a false argument, dependent upon selection of certain verses of the Bible and the exclusion of many others. Suppressing female leadership is a cultural decision of male leaders, not an accurate reading of Scripture.

POPSWere Paul and his disciple Luke Shills? Paul and Luke are often the most quoted and used for doctrine in the New Testament than the Messiah Himself. The Christmas (Pagan Idol Worshiping Unscriptural Beast Holiday) Story itself comes mostly from Luke. Why?

POPSPope Led Cover-up of Child Abuse by Priests This spotlight now after his recent "apology" for sexual abuse by priests that lacked any credibility. The Pope is a liar, like the devil, as history has consistently demonstrated. "By their fruits ye shall know them", Jesus warned of false prophets. Voila! Where is the repentance for his own role in these crimes of protecting the false church (the primary concern) through evasion and cover-up instead of prosecution and removal? Mass-mongering will never erase nor bring forgiveness for these heinous sins from either God or men! This Antichristian cult must be seen for what it is, a religious-political empire claiming "apostolic authority" of wealth and corruption, pomp, priest-craft, and unscriptural ceremonies that Jesus and the apostles never taught, but consistently warned about would come. This is NOT, nor ever was, a true Christian church or faith, but an impostor.

POPSRevivalist stirring controversy
The bible clearly states that when Jesus walked the earth he healed many of "every affliction". The early disciples have recorded in the bible of people who where healed and raised from the dead. Therefore it is or at least was a ministry preformed by both Jesus and his early disciples. The main focus of Jesus' ministry as well as the early disciples was the 'preaching of the kingdom of God' and not the ministry of healing. Healing came as a result of seeking Jesus or the kingdom of God. Like this article states Jesus did warn of many false prophets who would arise preforming miracles in attempts to mislead and deceive. It was interesting to read in this article that of all the people who were reportedly healed at this 'revival' Mr Bentley only produced a list of 15 people who could verify such healing. And yet thousands have attended the revival. Personally I believe God can heal anyone if He chooses to but the bible says 'Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousne

POPSTop 10 Outrageous Quotes From McCain's Spiritual Advisers 7. "Only a Spirit-filled woman can submit to her husband's lead. It is the natural desire of a woman to lead through feminine manipulation of the man...Fallen women will try to dominate the marriage. The man has the God-given role to be the loving leader of the home." - Pastor John Hagee in his book What Every Man Wants in a Woman (Charisma House, 2005)

POPSEvangelical Christians Falsely Claiming to be Former Muslim Terrorists
2 Peter 2:1-3 But FALSE prophets also arose among the people, just as there will also be FALSE teachers AMONG YOU, who will secretly introduce DESTRUCTIVE heresies, even denying the Master who bought them, bringing swift destruction upon themselves. 2 Many will follow their sensuality, and because of them the way of the truth will be maligned; 3 and in their GREED they will exploit you with FALSE WORDS; their judgment from long ago is not idle, and their destruction is not asleep. 2 Peter 2:1-2 But there were also lying prophets among the people then, just as there will be lying religious teachers among you. They'll smuggle in destructive divisions, pitting you against each other — biting the hand of the One who gave them a chance to have their lives back! They've put themselves on a fast downhill slide to destruction, 2 but not before they recruit a crowd of mixed-up followers who can't tell right from wrong. POPSA Worldview Destroying America
History Repeats Itself - many of these you can replace the word "Israel" with "America" and "Jerusalem" with "city" and gain much insight - where we are and were we are headed. Ezekiel 22:25-28"There is a conspiracy of her prophets in her midst like a roaring lion tearing the prey. They have devoured lives; they have taken treasure and precious things; they have made many widows in the midst of her. 26 "Her priests have done violence to My law and have profaned My holy things; they have made no distinction between the holy and the profane, and they have not taught the difference between the unclean and the clean; and they hide their eyes from My sabbaths, and I am profaned among them. 27 "Her princes within her are like wolves tearing the prey, by shedding blood and destroying lives in order to get dishonest gain. 28 "Her prophets have smeared whitewash for them, seeing false visions and divining lies for them, saying, 'Thus says the Lord God,' when the Lord has not spoken.

POPSWhere Would Jesus Drill? "It is widely believed among evangelical Christians (and some Orthodox Jews) that Scripture foretells a massive oil find in the Holy Land; prophecy buffs are especially captivated by a passage in Ezekiel that says Armageddon will be triggered by a band of nations—Russia, Iran, and a confederacy of Arab countries are most often named as the likely suspects—attacking Israel to "take a great spoil." Their faith has spurred a sprawling, decades-long treasure hunt. At least 10 companies or individuals have searched for oil in Israel using biblical clues. So far, few of the more than 400 wells drilled there have turned up commercial quantities of oil and gas. But the willingness of ordinary churchgoers to invest their life savings has kept the ventures going—and made the business rich terrain for a bevy of false prophets, penny-stock hustlers, and con men."

POPSGod isn't the problem, it's the followers that kill me! Ross Douthat raises a very valid criticism of Christopher Htichens' book God is Not Great. Most people attacking religion in books are going after God. I think this is a waste of time, normally promoted by personal grudges and emotional baggage. As a general rule, scientists should never try to prove a negative statement. On the other hand, if Hitchens hasn't answered Douthat's question, allow me to offer my ten cents in the following response:

POPSWhat would Jesus have done I have to say I'm glad these heretics lost and will have to pay for their hatred, even though we know they won't. I am not a Christian, but what I do believe about the real faith of real Christians isn't the hate and venom spewing you evil vipers do. According to your own scripture: "But there were also false prophets among the people, even as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Lord who bought them, and bring on themselves swift destruction. And many will follow their destructive ways, because of whom the way of truth will be blasphemed. By covetousness they will exploit you with deceptive words; for a long time their judgment has not been idle, and their destruction does not slumber. 2 Peter 2:1-3 "For God so loved the world..." Would Jesus really defame the dead? Nah, probably not
