This sends out a message that the most vulnerable and mixed up people are beneath consideration. There seems to me to be a growing tendency of using psychiatric diagnoses as a form of moral abuse, and stuff like this - based on hard lined cash - reinforces a grossly unfortunate cultural tendency to negative attitudes towards those who need our help, support and love.
