POPSPakistan Dawn, Pakistan Trutherism Obama's military problem is getting worse President Obama is presiding over a slow-motion civil-military crash occasioned by his meandering Afghanistan strategy review. The crash has not yet happened and is avoidable, but it also foreseeable. Of concern, the latest reports out of the White House suggest that Obama's team is not yet fully aware of the dangers. If it happens, it will be a problem entirely of Obama's own making and it could have a lasting impact on the way his administration unfolds. As Rich Lowry has observed, President Obama rarely misses a chance to blame a challenge he is confronting on his predecessor. This rhetorical tic served Obama well during the campaign and probably still resonates with partisans who post anonymous comments on blogs or who suffer from chronic Bush Derangement Syndrome. . . .

POPSWho’s Behind the White House War on Fox News?
Or about the joint White House-ABC News health care reform infomercial that aired earlier this summer. Some “opinion journalism” is more equal than others. Debates about the blurred lines between opinion and journalism are all well and good. But don’t the talking points-crafters in the Oval Office have something better to do than carp about the talking points they don’t like hearing on the one cable network that hasn’t been completely overrun by Obama sycophants? The corruptocrat affiliations of Obama’s communications team are illuminating. His press shop can’t rise above the fray because they’ve been entrenched in the Beltway fray for years. They can’t help themselves. Democratic media consultant Dunn’s claim to fame is her decade-long service as chief strategist for disgraced Democrat and former Senate Majority Leader-turned-health care lobbyist Tom Daschle. She was in the thick of his failed re-election campaign as Daschle asserted a bogus property-tax

POPSBush As The Joker Obama’s predecessor endured 8 Years of Assassination Fascination. Actually, the “Assassinate Bush Chic” began even before the 2000 election, when Craig Kilborn flashed “snipers wanted” under a picture of Bush. So-called “newsmen” like Keith Olbermann repeatedly called the president “a fascist” and “a terrorist.” And Obama supporters can’t handle The Joker and the word “Socialism”? Politics is ugly, and it is often over-the-top but that’s not new. Photoshop happens; it’s a free country. I myself have been photoshopped next to a dancing condom, a commentary on my annoying habit of being a Catholic. Bob Owens amuses himself thusly: Frankly, I don’t get it. One embraces terrorists and madmen, is dedicated to anarchy and the destruction of capitalist society, and sends the population fleeing in horror from his creations. The other is a fictional character played by the late Heath Ledger. http://michellemalkin.com/2009/08/04/how-quickly-they-forget/

POPSThe Sarah Palin Divorce Idiocy Well, there ya have it folks - the faces of "right wing terrorists" - can't you just see the evil? Huh? Don't they look BAAADDDDD? Poor libs, they just don’t dare like her. She is everything they fear. This hardworking person who has a strong sense of responsibility and tells it like it is must be ground into the dirt. a mother, a wife, an ex-governor, an attractive woman and down to earth. That really creeps the liberals out. To them there is something obviously wrong with her. She is not elite. She makes lunch for her brood. She never looks harried. She always smiles. She is stuck on God. She must be plastic. What a travesty the Left has done to this family. Absolutely disgusting.

POPSDems Desperately Trying To Cut and Run From “Torture” Debate Now they’re trying to run away from the topic lest it get more press that they knew about “torture” and railed against it. Worse yet, if the press starts to look at who knew what/when…people might see that yeah, Democrats KNEW about pre-war intel on Iraq, and it wasn’t a case of Bushliedpeopledied (the timeline is 100% clear on this as are the bi-partisan investigations and reports). People might actually realize that Sen Rockefeller misled about a lack of WMD threat because he KNEW what was found. Sen Levin misled about regime ties to Al Queda because he’d been briefed too. All these briefings took place around the same time the torture briefings did. POPSOlbermann Accuses Bachmann of Breaking 'Serious Laws' Moonbat Olbermann's BDS 'Countdown" BDS refers to the latest, most egregious evil-doer perp from Minnesota, Michele Bachmann. "We might dismiss this. I mean, Michele Bachmann - it sounds crazy," Olbermann said. "But just because it sounds crazy, does that mean she's not to be held accountable for these things like this? I mean - are there not federal laws which specifically prohibit advocating the violent overthrow of the government of the United States?" Newsweek's Alter, not surprisingly, agreed - but he wasn't in favor of enforcing these laws because they would "inhibit free speech." So now from MSNBC's insightful analysis we have Michele Bachmann - World War I spy, glue huffer and federal lawbreaker. What's next?

POPSJoe The Plumber Derangement Syndrome Who came knocking on Joe's door? Is this just an example for anybody else who might question the Chosen and Most Holy One? If anyone is perceived as getting in the way of bringing the Enlightened One to the Throne of Power - they will be destroyed! Could you imagine this happening to somebody questioning John McCain? Liberal tolerance indeed.

POPSThe Left Declares War On Joe the Plumber Next, they falsely accused Wurzelbacher of not being registered to vote -- he's registered in Lucas County, Ohio, and voted as a Republican in this year's primary. Next, they called him a liar for identifying himself as undecided. Only registered Democrats and fake Republican tools used in mainstream media stories and YouTube debates are allowed to use that label, you see. Then, suddenly, the journalists who wouldn't lift a finger to investigate Obama's longtime relationships with Weather Underground terrorist Bill Ayers and Jeremiah Wright sprang into action rifling through citizen Joe Wurzelbacher's tax records. Politico.com reported breathlessly: "Samuel J. Wurzelbacher has a lien placed against him to the tune of $1,182.92. The lien is dated from January of '07." Press outlets probed his divorce records. Welcome to Joe the Plumber Derangement Syndrome. If you can't beat him, smear him. It's the Obama way.

POPS U. S. Senator DeMint Is Mad As Hell Protesting the Marines is just a predictable by-product of the massive Bush Derangement Syndrome that exists in this God-Forsaken city. But they took it a step further and not only denounced the US Military but then wholly endorsed and even subsidized Code Pink. Is the city of Berkeley, California complicit in treason? Constitutionally, Code Pink did commit treason. The latest book by Lt. Col. Robert "Buzz" Patterson (U.S. Air Force-Ret.) is called War Crimes: The Left's Campaign to Destroy Our Military and Lose the War on Terror. In the book, he claims that two anti-war groups -- "United for Peace & Justice" and "CODEPINK: Women for Peace" -- literally gave aid and comfort to terrorists when they delivered $600,000 in cash and supplies they claim was humanitarian aid to civilians.

POPSWal-Mart Derangement Syndrome Being hated by the wealthy and powerful is perhaps the high cost of serving those with low incomes, and Wal-Mart will no doubt continue to encounter resistance from those who don't need its services for some time to come.

POPSFree Speech - Not in Canada Nor in Europe, Africa, Asia, or South America. And all those with Bush Derangement Syndrome who blather on prove the point. You can freely speak and write in America - including the most base and egregious slurs against the very President of the country.
