Derartige Kooperationsgruppen sind oft Handlangerabteilungen grösserer krimineller Unternehmungen, die auf diesem Weg neue Hilfskräfte für ihre unterschiedlichsten Aktivitäten und Operationen anfüttern, ausbilden, selektionieren und rekrutieren.
