He suggested that the CIA or another intelligence service may have been responsible. Interesting how CNN only mentions the CIA in their title, and its denial in the article, instead of "another intelligence service". The details of her murder, and the ballistics of the bullet used by "a sniper", and away from the crowd of protestors are inconsistent with that of Iranian "militia" in both use of weaponry and motive. Killing a harmless unarmed girl, away from the crowd, would serve no one's purpose except the purpose for which her death is now being employed , quickly, by western media. It is no secret that covert operations are being employed against Iran by both the US and Israel for "destabilization".

This is a covert "preventive war" (the doctrine Bush began with the neoconservatives), and not just against Iran. Bottom line is that Israel is trying to provoke open war with Iran, baiting a retaliation from these covert attacks which then would be blamed on Iran as the "aggressor" (as they did with Gaza, Lebanon, etc.). This is their standard M.O.. This also shows that the US is involved in a "proxy war" for Israel (a term the US employs only toward Iran), not a "war on terror": The U.S. journalist James Risen has written recently that the CIA and the Mossad have planned together a number of sabotage operations against the Iranian program , including damaging power lines to nuclear sites in order to cause harm to computer systems and equipment. POPSU.S. refuses to aid Israel in attacking Iran, for now The U.S. is worried about ‘appearing’ to help attack Iran for fear of being kicked out of Iraq. For if the U.S. were to be kicked out then they would not be able to build military bases needed to protect their oil interests nor would they be able to reach Iran when the inevitable attack does come. Besides, the U.S. does not ‘help’ other countries start wars, they would rather start them on their own. The U.S. is not worried about suffering ramifications from attacking a country that is not attacking us, because, well, that ship has sailed. The U.S. is working on “sabotaging Iran’s nuclear ambitions” because we remain unconvinced that Iran’s nuclear program is only for energy purposes.
