CIA Supports Rogue Regimes in Somalia Region
blueridge
by blueridge  11-21-2008    2
Or the CIA, pirates, and Somali revolutions. The CIA, as usual, is working to overthrow another government by supporting revolutionary breakaway regions that "no country has so far recognized"--i.e. rogue governments. Apparently some "rogue regimes" are better than others: the US approach to terrorism is hypocritical and defines terror in a narrow manner Obama has been briefed now on current covert operations, which would include this one. He will likely support the same operations in principle, to convert the world to democracy either by force or revolutions from within. The CIA destabilizes governments covertly to convert them to ones that will join the world government project and the UN.

Playing with drugs for "Mind Control"
invictus
by invictus  8-4-2008    2
LSD, radiation, and electroshock all ended up as dead ends in the MKULTRA program's quest for mind control. Still, the search for ways to penetrate minds continues. Recent studies suggest that noninvasive brain scans, taken with a functional MRI (fMRI), make the mind more transparent. Private companies tout fMRI as an improved lie detector, and the government has taken notice. Programs funded by the Department of Defense have looked into the feasibility of fMRI research.

Obama’s Communist Mentor AIM Column | By Cliff Kincaid | February 18, 2008
merrie
by merrie  2-20-2008    3
Is it possible that Obama did not know who Davis was when he wrote his book, Dreams From My Father, first published in 1995? The communists knew who "Frank" was, and they know who Obama is. One academic who travels in communist circles understands the significance of the Davis-Obama relationship. Professor Gerald Horne, a contributing editor of the Communist Party journal Political Affairs, talked about it during a speech last March at the reception of the Communist Party USA archives at the Tamiment Library at New York University. The remarks are posted online under the headline, "Rethinking the History and Future of the Communist Party." Takara says that Davis "espoused freedom, radicalism, solidarity, labor unions, due process, peace, affirmative action, civil rights, Negro History week, and true Democracy to fight imperialism, colonialism, and white supremacy. He urged coalition politics." Challenge the liberal media to report on this. Will they have the honesty to do so

For Sale: West’s Deadly Nuclear Secrets
merrie
by merrie  1-7-2008    1
The Pakistani operation was led by General Mahmoud Ahmad, then the ISI chief. (Inter-Service Intelligence) Intelligence analysts say that members of the ISI were close to Al-Qaeda before and after 9/11. Indeed, Ahmad was accused of sanctioning a $100,000 wire payment to Mohammed Atta, one of the 9/11 hijackers, immediately before the attacks. The results of the espionage were almost certainly passed to Abdul Qadeer Khan, the Pakistani nuclear scientist. Khan was close to Ahmad and the ISI. While running Pakistan’s nuclear programme, he became a millionaire by selling atomic secrets to Libya, Iran and North Korea. Edmonds says packages containing nuclear secrets were delivered by Turkish operatives, using their cover as members of the diplomatic and military community, to contacts at the Pakistani embassy in Washington. Edmonds also claims that a number of senior officials in the Pentagon had helped Israeli and Turkish agents.

TSA Screeners Failure Rate Stunned Experts
merrie
by merrie  10-21-2007    3
The failure rates at Los Angeles and Chicago stunned security experts. "That's a huge cause for concern," said Clark Kent Ervin, the Homeland Security Department's former inspector general. Screeners' inability to find bombs could encourage terrorists to try to bring them on airplanes, Ervin said, and points to the need for more screener training and more powerful checkpoint scanning machines. In the past year, the TSA has adopted a more aggressive approach in its attempt to keep screeners attentive — the agency runs covert tests every day at every U.S. airport, TSA spokeswoman Ellen Howe said. Screeners who miss detonators, timers, batteries and blocks that resemble plastic explosives get remedial training.

JFK speaks to Press-

CLICK TO LISTEN TO JFK'S SPEECH http://www.jfklibrary.org/Asset+Tree/Asset+Viewers/Audio+Video+Asset+Viewer.htm?guid={51BCDE90-AF4F-4EE9-A68E-ECC4CDE97F76}&type=Audio I think the difference then, was that most news folks were patriotic Americans and with some prompting, did take the message seriously. Today the press is more thoroughly infiltrated by the very ones JFK referred to as the enemy--those he warned of trying to use stealth, espionage, theft, and bribery. Those now ARE the press and , as "citizens of the world",pay no heed, many PREFERRING to see America defeated.

White House efforts to cover-up lies leading US into war admitted.
citizenbfk
by citizenbfk  7-13-2007    4
As Bush says here: "We should move on." He should move on to honor his promise to fire anyone who leaked CIA operative's name (i.ie. Cheney and Rove). We should also "move on," to impeachments since this is an admission of betraying one of one's own agents and endangering contacts and work of this CIA operative. We should "move on," to now continuing the Fitzgerald investigation : The crime of revealing the identity of a covert CIA agent did happen. Bush just admitted it. Note: She WAS a covert CIA agent. We should also "move on," to war crime trials since all this involved trying to cover-up the use of deliberately fabricated information (used in the State of the Nation) to mislead and mobilize our nation into a false and misdirected war for the beneift only of special interests and other nations, resulting in the death of approx. 3,600 USA troops, waste of billions, murder and destruction of a nation. This false claim war claims Saddam was trying to buy uranium

One can only wonder if their "intelligence" is correct, given the debacle of the 'weapons of mass destruction' invasion of Iraq. Though I do believe Iran, Syria and Russia are the countries who pose the greatest threat to the western world.

Saddam's Secrets

Robert Fisk on Saddam's demise - read his articles and despair of our 'morla crusade' for a New Middle East. The hypocrisy of the last 5 years is stunning. The Independent now allows you to read all of Fisk's recent articles. He has to be one of the best informed correspondents in the Middle East. In all sincerity, we should pray for his protection - truth sayers are few and far between.
